Corey was responsive and helpful when issues came up, and we appreciated that the RV was delivered and set up for us. Unfortunately, we experienced no heat and a leak the first night. Because of the leak, we avoided using water much that evening and didn’t shower that first morning because we were worried about making the issue worse. Corey came out, fixed the leak, and brought fresh towels, which we appreciated. The second night, the generator ran out of gas in the middle of the night and we lost heat and hot water again. As first-time RV users, we didn’t realize this was something we needed to monitor, and a welcome guide or simple instruction manual explaining things like heat, generator use, and troubleshooting would have made the experience much less stressful. This was a special graduation weekend for our family, so we really tried to make the best of it and focus on making memories despite the challenges. We appreciated Corey trying to help, but for the overall cost, I left feeling disappointed with the experience.

Cory was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for the duration of our trip. Highly recommend renting from him!
