We booked this Sprinter for our first family camping trip to Joshua Tree and it honestly made the entire experience fun and memorable!Heather was fantastic! Super communicative and helpful from start to finish, which we really appreciated. Her husband also walked us through everything at pickup, and there was even an instruction guide, so we felt totally comfortable.The van itself is beautiful, modern, and immaculately clean. I was paranoid about keeping it that way so I lined the floors with mats, lol. It’s thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need, like flashlights, induction stove, cookware, etc...and all those little details really came in handy!After hiking in Joshua Tree all day, the shower was a game changer. For a family of three, we used about half the water over two days, which was more than enough for quick body showers and rinsing small items in the sink. There’s also a portable toilet, but we chose to use the campsite facilities to help keep the van pristine!My husband and son camped outside in a tent, but I stayed in the van and had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The bed was super comfortable, and the windows brought in a really nice breeze.We got so many compliments and questions about the van. We honestly wished it was ours!We’ll definitely be booking with Heather again. This is now our go-to for future family adventures!
