We had a wonderful stay for our family reunion in West Bend! The host’s communication was outstanding from start to finish. Leading up to the trip, he was always quick to answer my questions. He was running a bit behind on delivery day, but he proactively reached out and kept us fully updated.When we realized there was a mix-up with the fresh water tank, he immediately stepped up to fix it, offering to tow the RV wherever needed to fill it. Fortunately, we had well access on-site, and he made sure everything was set up properly.Inside, the camper was fully stocked with everything we needed. We did run low on toilet paper (about 1.5 rolls) and noticed the bathroom hand soap was empty, but we used kitchen soap in the meantime. Because campers require specific RV-friendly toilet paper, we reached out to the owner to ask about it. He went above and beyond by having a grocery delivery with TP and hand soap sent straight to our location!Overall, it was a fantastic, stress-free setup for our family gathering. We had a great trip and would absolutely rent from him again. Highly recommended!
