Robert was great. He delivered the trailer, set it up, connected the generator, and had the AC running so when I arrived with my family, everything was nice and cool and ready to go. We will definitely be booking another trip using Robert & Outdoorsy again.

If I could leave no stars I would. The owner is absolutely awful. Left me the ugliest message after our rental. Couple of issues happened on our trip. First he plugged it into the wrong power source. Let us know only one ac wouldn’t work. Well my husband looked and saw he just had it wrong so we fixed it. Second day in our tanks were full. We had barely been in camper so we had to pay to get them pumped as they must have been full already. Next it started raining and we wanted to block the rain and started to open awning. The arm was bent in half and of course it didn’t work. We reported it to him and he stated he noticed the bent arm before delivery. Fine. He came out and took awning off. So we had no outdoor shade for the rest of the week. Not a big deal except it rained everyday and it sucked but whatever not anyone’s fault that it came broken. No one knew until we opened it I guess. Next the shower wouldn’t drain. Ever. We had to plunge it everyone we took a shower just to keep it from overflowing. Toilet leaked on floor also at the base. Just a mess but we tried to make the best of our trip. All of this to say at the end of the day I received a nasty message being cursed and wishing I had wrecked on the way home. Horrible way to waste the $1400 I spent on this camper.
