Great people and wonderful trip in the Rv to San Francisco , it was perfect all around for the 4 of us and grandkid 😉

Vito and Michelle are world ciass. You could not ask for better owners than Vito and Michelle. The communication leading up to our pick up was perfect and when we got to the RV, it was washed, polished and waiting for our 1 hr + training session that Vito handled with patience, thorough review, followed by a test drive. Vito took us through every system, carefully to make sure we understood what we were learning. I think he would make a great instructor btw. He took us through the inside, the outside and even showed us a few things in the engine compartment so that we could be well versed and prepared for anything that we might face while on the open road. Vito then took us for a test drive and had us parallel park the RV . Now, this is a 40ft Class A, but Vito actually made it fun and he was very encouraging even during the parallel parking exercise. There's something empowering about learning how to manage such a large vehicle. We both felt extremely comfortable once we were ready to hit the road and Vito had signed us off. He and Michelle also had a full binder with a cover page labeled "Jeff & Jens' Adventure", which was just great personal touch. Everything about this RV was excellent. It was fun to drive and fun to spend the weekend in and we felt very prepared and comfortable with the unit due to the well-designed training session that we had with Vito. He was able to walk us through insurance, road side assistance, what to do in case we needed help, etc. Not a stone left unturned. And upon returning the vehicle, he was easy to communicate with and helped me find a truck wash to get the unit clean for its return. I will defaintely rent from Vito and Michelle again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Class A adventure.

From the first phone conversation and throughout the rental Vito and Michelle were warm and helpful with plenty of patients. Starting with a clear operation instructions, then answering any question we had during the trip and ending with quick and easy return.
They helped us in having this great weekend vacation.
