We had a wonderful trip! Henry was very easy to deal with. He was super thorough and even had a website with videos describing everything we needed to know. We thought Juniper, the RV, was even better than the pictures and descriptions.

We had a wonderful experience renting from Henry and Hannah, and exploring South Dakota in Juniper. Parents, kids and dog all had a great time! Henry and Hannah made the rental and use an easy experience, allowing for a perfect vacation.

We had a great experience renting Juniper from Henry & Hannah and traveling around Wyoming. Henry was extremely responsive and flexible with our travel schedule. The RV was spacious, clean and worked perfectly for us. I was 8 months pregnant and my husband is 6'3" and the bed was super comfy for us. It was big enough for both of us. Our trip was flawless and the RV had everything we needed. My husband and I both agree this vacation was our best one yet!!!

When all of our 2020 plans quickly vanished, there was one thing we knew we could do, one place we knew we could go - outdoors. We camp a lot, but this time wanted to really spread our wings. I started searching high and low for an RV, but others had the same idea so it was hard to find one. When I came across Henry and Hannah's listing, it checked all of the boxes. New, low miles, all of the amenities - ability to cook our own meals, store a lot of food, take all of our toys, our dog, shower, stay cool, stay warm, sleep well, and go wherever we wanted to. We ventured from Colorado, to Wyoming, to Utah, to Idaho, camping along the way. We actually never stayed at an RV hook up site, but were still able to enjoy all of the amenities of Juniper. Henry and Hannah take great care of Juniper and of their guests. We got everything sorted for our trip in less than 24 hours, they did a thorough 1 hour walk through before we took off, and were available our entire 9 day trip although we never needed to contact them - it was that turnkey! We have a new appreciation for this type of travel and can't wait to get back out the road, hopefully with Juniper!

Issue with water tank - ran out of water on day two (although very conservative) Had to leave mountains and come back down to town on day 3 to fill up again. Tank registered 1/3 full by the time we drove 25 miles back up the highway, and read Empty after my husband and I each took a (conservative) shower.Cooking pans limited (the only skillet had non-stick coating coming up-gross), no spatula, one dull knife, etc. Description on website said ‘Chef’s knife, French press, spices’. Nope. Salt, pepper and an ‘all seasoning’ were there so I guess that covers the array of spices. Other than the skillet and spatula, the other things weren’t absolutely necessary-just expected bc of being advertised.Mostly, I’m very displeased with Outdoorsy ( first time using). As I was leaning toward ‘Juniper’, I saw it was listed for $169/night on their website, went to select our dates, then saw that the price breakdown showed it was $215/night. I messaged owner ( Henry ) and asked why the ppn ( price per night) was different than the $169/ night advertised and he said “Outdoorsy factored the ppn to reflect the correct season, and BASE price was on home page”. Ok, I can understand that, so I entered in SPRING10 for my 10% off discount ( at that moment was being advertised on Outdoorsy home page), hit submit, and waited for Henry to confirm. In a matter of a few minutes, Henry messaged me that it had not gone through and he was still waiting for me to submit, Interesting, but ok. So I hit submit again, without reviewing pricing ( my bad-I did not even consider it would change from a few minutes earlier. ). Turns out Outdoorsy had changed the ppn AGAIN to $255/night and I didn’t know it Once again, my bad for not RE-READING the breakdown from five minutes earlier when I hit reserve the first time. We were charged the $255/night, not given the discount of $117 -that was even entered by Outdoorsy on our invoice breakdown - and customer service has been IMPOSSIBLE to reach. I have stayed on hold ( via phone call) for over an hour with no answer. Sent several emails. Sent message over chat. No customer service help!!!! Still, 12 days later.It was helpful that Henry was great about communicating on the front end and answering the many questions that I had. And he did end up refunding $160 - honoring the $215/night since ‘ he had answered my text inquiry about it being $215/night and thought Outdoorsy had just changed it to that price from BASE PRICE for new season’ and ‘since we had encountered water and a/c issues. He did seem grateful for feedback about replacing skillet and providing a micro-oven manual.

Juniper was great for our camping adventure. Very clean and everything worked well. We didn’t have any issues, but I’m sure if we did Henry would have responded promptly. We were very comfortable in the bed (and we both have bad backs). The dogs also enjoyed the sleeping areas and the park.

First of all Henry communicated with us so well right from the start. He was quick to answer questions and finalize all the reservation details. It was such an easy process. For a first time RV renter, we were a little worried about how it all would go but Henry made everything great. When we met up to take possession, Henry was super detailed yet practical in how he explained everything. He really made what could be overwhelming in terms of all the systems super simple and easy to understand. And the book with all the system details and processes was super helpful. It was all just a breeze. Juniper itself turned out to be the perfect RV for us. It was well appointed, stylish, and everything we could have hoped for. Will rent with Henry again for sure. Thanks Henry for all you did to make our family trip perfect!

Oh want a great stay in Jupiter, my dogs and I had!! Such a beautiful RV! All the comforts of home!!! Easy to drive, warm at night! Hannah was so nice and helpful to explain everything!! Thanks again for everything!

As first time RV'ers, I'm super happy we chose Hannah & Juniper. When we met to pickup Juniper, Hannah spent at least an hour reviewing all the systems and how to use the various features of the RV. They even created a notebook with color pictures of all the major systems and how to use them in case you needed a reminder while on the road. Juniper was very easy to drive even through some difficult winds in Wyoming. I highly recommend this size RV to anyone new to RV'ing. Hannah and Henry were very responsive to an issue we did have that was beyond their control and we were able to get it resolved without changing our travel plans. I would recommend this RV for your next vacation.
