Mark was super duper responsive. The RV was perfect for our family of 4 - it was clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed including a portable BBQ grill (which we didn’t use but it was still good to have). Our kids had a blast. Mark set our RV site up a few hours before we showed up and that speaks volumes about his professionalism.

Exhaust was in the cab, main door, locked us in, A/C kept shutting off, main large windows would not open, cleanliness was subpar. Cut our trip in half an RV had to be picked up from campsite.

This RV has over 200k miles and still made the 6280ft climb from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon without missing a beat. It went up the 10% grade after Black Canyon City at 45mph with the AC off on a 110 degree day. It passed semi trucks and broke down cars the whole way. I say this because it runs solid, but looks terrible. The kids nick-named it "Rusty" because most things were ... well-used, broken-in and replaced. Fully functional items: Water heater, slide out, refrigerator, toilet, shower, dump hoses, water pump, batteries, stove, AC and TV. Not functional: Onboard generator (Mark threw in a 2nd hitch generator-Thanks Mark!) and cruise control. It was mostly like the description read. It was old, so don't expect a 2036 Airstream. It is correctly priced with unlimited miles. The owners are responsive and helpful. They also have a few other RV's to rent at Over the Moon if you want to ask them.

We had so much fun camping in Sedona! Heather was very easy to communicate with and made sure to show us everything we needed to know as this was our first RV experience.
