Renting from Rob was a great experience. Everything was provided and the trailer was immaculate. Will definitely rent again!

Rob is the best! Just hours before I was going to pick up the trailer he called with some not so great news. He found an issue with the plumbing and said he was going to do everything possible to get it back up and running. Needless to say my family and I were a bit bummed out. Rob made 5-6 trips to Home Depot that night and even had his own family working on fixing the problem. The next morning rob called and explained that all of the plumbing was fixed. He also said that the only thing wrong was there was no hot water. He offered several times to reduce the rental rate. I said thanks for the offer but it wasn't necessary. His dedication and determination to give my family a great vacation was enough pay back anyone could ever want. He could've easily canceled my reservation and refunded me and life would've gone on. He is an awesome person and now a friend. Thank you Rob and family. You guys rock!!! We will always rent from you from now on.

Rob came out and set everything up for us. Everything was great. Trailer is immaculate and worked great for us.
