1. When my son and I arrived to pick up the motorhome on September 12, halfway through our orientation the owner stated that the previous renter had damaged the slide out -- but -- we could probably still use it if we had two of us pushing it back in after letting it out. Further - as the owner, Brad should have advised me immediately that the motorhome was not in good working order as advertised, and offered a discount if we still chose to rent it. He did not.
2. As we did let the slide out out roughly 8 inches, we saw that it was simply not to be used; should we not be able to push that heavy slide back in, we would have been stranded at our first campsite in 100 Mile House. As it was, it took us about 1 1/2 hours to push it, square it, move it another inch, and try to get it to seal. It wouldn't, so the rest of the trip we had a two inch gap between the slide and and the gasket, with the wind whistling through on both sides.I should add here, that my husband is not only a large man, but an amputee. That slide not being in good working order caused so much discomfort for him as there was simply no room for him to move around easily, and no easy way for him to put his artificial leg on each morning, so while in Terrace as he tried to walk to the bathroom he fell over onto the ground bruising his hip and his hand because there hadn't been enough room in the motorhome for him to get his leg to lock on.3. As I previously stated, the motorhome was absolutely filthy. I couldn't in good conscience let my family use any of the items provided when it was so obvious the drawers, cupboards, and storage spaces were so incredibly unkept and unclean. It took us 3 hours to clean those spaces, wash the utensils, dishes, and cutlery, and replace everything in a clean environment before we could even start to load our personal items. All of the upholstery is filthy, yet this is where we were to lay our heads. It was too late for me to clean that too as we had to hit the road.
4. The suspension is shot, so every tiny bump or uneven space on the highway shook the drawers out, one of them bruising my husband's shin as no sooner did we push it in, it popped out again with the shaking and vibrations. In the end, my husband had to keep his foot against it to keep it from bruising him more. The three bottom drawers would not stay in no matter what we did.
5. We were in a state of shock when we arrived in Salmon Arm on Monday. We had consulted a mechanic friend regarding the sound the engine was making when we got to Kamloops who advised the motor was going to go, and in his words 'we'd be lucky to make it to Chase'. Brad endangered our safety by demanding that we limp it back to Salmon Arm, as when that motor did go, there was barely enough speed to pull it over, luckily that pull-out was right there. Had that engine blown on any corner or place where we had no pull over options, we could easily have been hit, pushed into the ditch - or the river - rolled, or caught fire.

This was our best RV rental yet! Brad was super to deal with and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend his RV for your next camping trip!! We will rent again in future for sure.

Brad was great to communicate with, super friendly and easy to work with. The RV was perfect for us, clean, roomy with lots of supplies included in case we forgot anything! We'll definitely rent again someday.

Brad is a super host, he responded to our questions and attended to our needs promptly. RV had everything we needed. Appreciated the ice cold AC, generator, GPS and the rear view camera.

Brad was excellent at getting us up and running for our first time. And even when faced with weather delays, he was courteous and very helpful. Would definitely rent this motor home again and recommend it. Thanks Brad!

Thanks Brad! Such a great family trip, we didnt want to come back! Motorhome was so smooth driving that both the kid and dog were asleep! Look forward to doing it again.
