Do not rent this RV. We literally spent our first night cleaning the rig. There was dried urine and feces all over the toilet and the refrigerator was beyond help. We even found a toilet paper roll holder In the fridge, encrusted within some kind of juice and black mold! The hot water gets so scalding hot that you are unable to adjust it to take a decent shower. To make matters worse, we ended up in a damage dispute with the owner and ended up just forking over an additional $1,500 to walk away and end this nightmare RV rental without going into arbitration. Kudos to Outdoorsy for handling the situation professionally and honoring their “piece of mind” insurance policy. Do yourself a favor and just pick another RV with decent rental reviews!
