It was a very nice rv. The host explained how to use everything very well. He was patient with me, even though I got blocked in at my campsite and was two days late bringing it back. I could tell he was upset but I can understand why. Overall it was a great experience and have no complaints.

Easy to drive on Hwy 1; the self-leveling was great. The black water sensors didn't work, so that was a little annoying. But overall, it was great.

We had fun traveling in the RV! There were a few minor issues, but overall the RV worked as expected.

We had an excellent trip in Rusty’s RV! Great communication - Rusty was flexible and super responsive to our questions, even at night. Great host all around. 👍🏼

The travel trailer/motor home was not in the condition as described. Thankfully, we took photos of it as we walked up the owners driveway to pick it up. Owner filed a claim stating we damage the side. In our photo it was clearly damaged prior to us. And, we did not use it. Awning was missing and owner had a popup tent to replace it. Yet, in the ad photos, it was present. No privacy door/curtain for the bedroom (it was missing) Electrical outlet was held on the wall with electrical tape. No safety cover plate. Painters tape held one of the exterior small access covers in place. Shower handle was laying on the floor of the shower with debris around it. Damage to the interior trim in several places. No privacy curtain for the windshield or passenger windows. Almost forgot, the side door screen was missing the plate between the interior and exterior handles

Great little rig. Easy to rent from. If you get this exact model, you should bring some camping mattresses if you’re gonna sleep in the back bed. And had a great time.

The host didn't communicate well . To many things missing from checklist no hot water etc....

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear there was confusion during your trip. Regarding the hot water, the RV was equipped with working hot water, but the power switch for the water heater had not been turned on. Unfortunately, because the RV was being used in the mountains outside of cell service, we did not receive the guest’s messages until much later, which limited our ability to help troubleshoot in real time.

RV was easy to pick up and drop off. The awning doesnt exist anymore, but they provide an EZ Up. The partition door that closes off the bathroom from the rest of the RV no longer exists. Other than that drove fine.

We enjoyed Rusty's RV, especially having the kitchen to cook and the toilet on board. Used the shower twice and it was small but that is to be expected! This RV had 2 beds in the back that converted to queen size but we kept it as 2 beds and brought extra bedding which was really nice. RV came with chairs, propane grill (didn't use), basic kitchen items, cordless vac. We mostly dry camped and all worked well.

Automatic leveling system did not work. Called Russell for help, he didn't answer, left message but no call back. Then called Outdoorsy and they tried to help but after an hour on the phone with them, they said system was broken. So, had to level using 2x6 boards under 4 tires. Thank goodness I had access to the boards. All of the food in the refrigerator froze on the second day. Most of the cabinet doors and the bathroom door had an external locking system added to the front of the doors to keep them shut, probably when traveling. However, they looked very tacky and got in the way of opening and closing the doors. Interior cabinets were pretty beaten up. Definitely did not look like the pictures on the internet. I would not recommend renting this particular RV.

This RV was so much fun! Rusty was a great communicator as well learned how to use the RV mid trip. We drove out to Yellowstone and back and the RV performed really well on the road and was very comfortable for our family of 4 as well as our dog. Vehicle was extremely clean when we picked it up and there were no surprises. Highly recommend Rusty and the Greyhawk!

I recently had the pleasure of renting an RV from Russell Brewer RV Rental, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Russ and his team are simply the best in the business. They are not only professional but also incredibly hassle-free to work with, making the entire rental process a breeze.

Host was great. RV is a bit worn out. Clearly a lot of people have enjoyed camping in it. My only complain is, pickup place is NOT where it's listed in Elk Grove, but a location 18 minutes away. Shouldn't be a problem for MOST people leaving THEIR car on site while they travel on the RV. However, as a family that was renting a car in the area, it made logistics VERY complicated. I would just ask Russell to update the info on the correct location to be better prepared.
