Jocelyn and her husband were great at introducing their motorhome, as we were first time RVers. We had a great trip to Southern Utah for family time and hiking. Weather was interesting a little blue sky and lots of rain and snow. Their RV performed well in all weather! A comfortable ride and easy to drive. Made for a welcome and cozy dinnertime setting for 8(we were traveling with 3 other couples in trailers). The portable outdoor grill came in handy. They provide many little extras included in the nightly rental fee. They were very receptive to answer any questions after we were underway. Great trip! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had an amazing 4 weeks with the RV, 2 adults and 2 kids ages 7 and 4. Jocelyn provided multiple amenities which came in handy and her husband was always reachable to check on some of the technical questions we had. Absolutely recommended!!!

The overall experience from the trip was great. Family, fun and a vehicle that served all of our needs. My family had a great time while using the RV and was impressed with the ease and comfort of the amenities.

The reason why I had to cancel Gregory's booking 6 days before his trip is because the renter before him returned my RV damaged so I had to take it to the shop for repairs and it was in the shop for 21 days, so I notified this renter Gregory as soon as the shop told me that the RV will not be available on the day of his trip, to give him a chance to find another RV. I'm sorry that this happened. This is one incident that is beyond my control. I am just as frustrated as he is.

We had an amazing experience in Jocelyn’s RV! We are 1st timers and Jocelyn’s Rv was easier than expected to drive. Jocelyn and her husband were very responsive while on the road and very informative before we hit the road. We are already planning our next RV road trip and hope to rent from Jocelyn again! We created wonderful new memories and a new addition:)

It is indeed a privilege to have met Hayk. Very friendly, honest, & well mannered. I am so happy to have renters like him. He told me that this was his 1st time renting & driving an RV, unfortunately, he hit a tree & incurred some damage to the awning, but he was so honest to tell us about it. Such a fine young man. Will definitely rent my RV to him on his next adventure.

As a first time RV camper, I searched endlessly for the perfect RV for a week Long trip up to the national parks with my girlfriend & two dogs. I landed on Jocelyn & Annas RV because it was almost brand new and PERFECT size for the 4 of us! I was slightly nervous about driving something larger then your average car but DO NOT BE SCARED, it drives better then you would ever expect. Hills heading to Sequoia & Yosemite were no problem at all. The Kitchen area was great, cooked meals throughout the week that were better then at home!
On our first day we ran into an electrical issue with the Stabilizers and Slide out area which made it for a frustrating few Hours. Jocelyn was quick to reply and found out it was a Fairly easy fix, just pop the breaker back on.

We took the RV to Sequoia National Park, it was such a fun trip. The RV was really clean and spacious. The AC is nice and cold. Jocelynn and her husband was friendly and accommodating with supplies/attachment needed. We would definitely rent from them again.👍🏼👍🏼

My girlfriend and I had such a great time on the road in Jocelyn and Anna's gorgeous RV. The owner's were available for questions throughout the trip. The rig is easy to drive; it is a smooth ride with a great turning radius. It was well appointed with everything you might need in terms of kitchen ware, and has a super comfortable bed in the back. The only issue we encountered was the black and gray water line; it had cracks and leaks in it which wasn't great... it needs to be replaced, and a "sidewinder" or holder for the line would help with draining. Also, a printed copy of the manual or easy step by step instructions on how to empty the waste lines would help a lot. Thankfully we figured it out, and since I'll be renting this same RV again in a few months, I will know exactly what to do! All in all, a fantastic experience and Jocelyn and Anna were really wonderful to rent from. I highly recommend renting this RV!

Maureen had mentioned to me from the very beginning that this is her first RV experience. I understand that it is kind of overwhelming, and it is not easy to remember all the RV operating instructions given during the training walkthrough in such a short period of time. Unfortunately the RV manual disappeared from the RV, one of the renters must have taken it home by mistake. This is why Maureen was provided a link to access the manual on- line. The other issue mentioned is the leak in the black & grey hoses. Unfortunately, the renter before Maureen never mentioned to me about the leak, and there is no way for me to know because both black & grey tanks were emptied by the renter before the RV was returned. This is one of those inevitable circumstances that is beyond my control. Both hoses were replaced yesterday with new ones and a sidewinder provided, as suggested by Maureen. Me and my family strive hard to provide you with best possible RV’ing experience. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

Overall we were happy with the experience. At pick up they took time to instruct me how to operate the rv. Unfortunately the rv was not well cleaned, definitely not to COVID standards. We spent 3 hours cleaning it ourselves, both COVID and just dirt (oven and floor had food crumbs).

This renter went over their miles by 2,000 and wondered why the generator stopped working. All it needed was oil. Very unfriendly renters and left the RV dirty after rental. Our RV is thoroughly cleaned with soap and bleach. We had no complains about the level of cleanliness when they picked up the RV. I didn’t even get a thank you for all the text at 11 o’clock at night. Will not rent to these renters again.

We had an absolutely fabulous trip which was made all the more easy by Anna’s tremendous help whenever we needed her. Her timely and helpful responses made a big difference to our overall experience as we were RVing for the first time. Would definitely rent this RV which was in excellent condition again.

The car owner was very friendly. Anna's parents received us in person and told us how to use the car very patiently. The car is very new, all the facilities are very good, and the space is very luxurious for our family of three. This is our first RV trip. This car brings us a dreamlike experience. On the beach of sunset cliff in San Diego, we enjoy the beautiful scenery of sunset while enjoying the delicious food made by ourselves. In Joshua National Park, we see the most beautiful star in the RV. We are very grateful for all this, this RV takes our family wonderful travel experience.

Anna was very friendly and flexible with the pick up and drop off. I would rent from her again if I needed that type of RV again.
