Justin was very nice, quick to respond and made the overall experience a pleasure. The RV was very clean and everything worked as expected. He was even able to deliver and pick up which was a lifesaver! My family had a blast!

The trailer was perfect for our family. Justin took the time to show us all the features and everything on the trailer worked just fine. It was an overall positive experience. Will rent again in the future.

This RV was a great value! Justin was very thorough in getting everything set-up and showing us how to use everything! I would definitely recommend this vehicle (or any of Justin's) to anyone!

My family and I rented Justin’s RV during a weekend stay at a friend’s house. The rate he quoted me was too good to be true. It was. The fresh water tank was empty, so we couldn’t use the toilet unless we filled the tank first. My family and I froze all night due to the heater not working. Also the carbon monoxide alarm kept going off throughout the night for no reason. I thought about borrowing a portable heater from my friend but the RV didn’t come with an adapter to plug into the house. I was told that evening that I would have to go buy one if I needed one. When I complained about our experience to Justin and his wife?, they sounded truly upset with our experience. They explained that they were new to the rental business and they wanted to make it up to us. I told them that would be great. They wanted to contact Outdoorsy to give us a refund, but I told them I still wanted to pay them for their time. I never heard from them again. I only recommend them if they improved on their communication and plan their business better.

My wife and I really enjoyed this trailer! The owner was accommodating with the pick up and drop off times. He was informative on all the features of the trailer and how to use them. The owner Justin helped us find a trailer brake controller that worked perfectly for our vehicle. I will be renting this trailer again and would recommend it to anyone with small families or couples. 5 stars
