I booked this RV and was approved and then 5 days before our trip - during a very busy time of year, with limited availability - the owner canceled on me. I had messaged him several times with no response over a period of 8 days and never received any reply until he canceled my reservation. Left me scrambling to try to find another RV to rent with little left to choose from and a non-refundable campsite. Not pleased to say the least. If the owner knows their unit will be unavailable, maybe just block out that time on the listing so that people don't assume that once they're approved, they actually are....

Hi Mimi, we apologize for the cancellation of your rental. When you initially contacted us we were in the process of moving our family overseas and our access to messages was spotty. As we mentioned in our message to you, we feel it's best for the safety of all involved not to rent to those who have never towed a camper trailer before, especially one of this size. You should be issued a full refund, if there are any issues please let us know. And again we apologize for the inconvenience.

Awesome time! Adam was great and very responsive. Clean trailer with nice amenities. Would highly recommend Adam’s trailer if you are finicky like I am.
