We were unable to accept the vehicle in the condition in which it was presented and had to make other arrangements. This host is an RV rental company.

Although the scheduled pickup was 3:00 PM, the guest arrived after 8:00 PM, which is outside our posted business hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Despite this, our team stayed to complete the necessary paperwork, orientation, and walkthrough.

Never got to talk to the host on phone. Seemed like you didn't want me to have contact with my host. Seamed like a strange company. I go to Alaska every year and this is is the worst year ever. There were a lot of hidden charges that was not posted. My credit card got hacked. Think before you go through this company. Sorry not a good experience. Will not do it again!

Fully supplied kitchen does not include any dish cloths, dish soap, dish towels, trash can, trash bags, paper towel, kitchen cutting board or knives.
Even without those items, I was happy with the rental. The motor home was very clean and everything was in working order. I would rent with this company again.

The staff was very helpful and took the time to show us all the features of the RV. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t have to dump the waste water before returning. That’s never fun! We will rent from them again.

The trip started off with an hour and a half delay as there was an issue with the rv. The front seat had to be taken off to fix the issues. We were given a couple bundles of wood for our troubles. It doesn't give you a lot of confidence when the trip starts off there. Other than that the rental was ok. Inspect the unit thoroughly as they said "we took photos and videos." Do the work yourself. They should go through the unit together. It wasnt all bad, enjoy rhe trip. Thanks Alaska rv rental

Jamie and the crew were fantastic to work with!! They made the whole process painless and smooth! We loved our RV and was extremely happy with it. Their vehicles are in great shape and you will not be disappointed!!

The staff was excellent and your customer service line was always answering. The only issue was that some of the pre-existing damage made the trip uncomfortable. The door handle did not latch well and the screws kept loosening. It was a little unsettling that we could not always be sure the door was secure. I would rent from you again though and just be more cautious during the initial walk through. I would have been nice if a screw driver was also provided with the RV supplies.

Every time somebody takes a shower, water would come out on the floor in front of the kitchen sink. So most of the occupants of the RV have to take a shower somewhere else and it got expensive when you add all up. We had to tape up some of floor covering starting to come off. Jamie very helpful.

We very much enjoyed our week long Alaskan vacation using an RV rental. The RV was stocked and ready to go upon arrival and drop off was a breeze. We visited a couple of different locations during our trip. When I priced out a rental car and hotels, renting an RV was the clear winner on making the trip more affordable. The RV was easy to drive and we loved the convenience of unpacking one time. We lush the views from the campgrounds in Seward and on the Homer Spit were amazing! (Both were walking distance to restaurants and shops) We will definitely rent one again in the future!
