This was our first time renting an RV and utilizing one and we absolutely loved it. Dave was so friendly and amazing. He explained everything to us in detail before we left for our trip and was a pleasant person to interact with. The shop is a bit of a hole in the wall and maps will definitely take you to the Napa behind it. Upon arrival, the tetris of RVs tucked in behind this fence looks a little sketch but I promise this place is well worth the money. Small family shop feel and friendly/safe transactions. I would 100% rent from Dave again.

Very personable people here at Epic RV Rentals. Location was very convenient from my Edmonds WA home. The rental RV was perfect for my camping trip with my brother and good friend. I will happily do business with them again if I need an RV. Thanks Epic RV Rental!

Rv had tons of nice extras that made for great family trip - large house sized sink, huge fridge and freezer, big shower, among others. Inside was very spacious with the slide outs as well to put a pack-n-play for the little one. Great service from Dave and team as well during the checkout and with any questions during the trip. Highly recommend and we’ll use them again.

RV was fine, owner was friendly at pick up.
Problems started in billing, i was double charged for this trip 1485.33 and a separate manual charge of 900, in total 2385$ for a 2 day RV trip on a 23 foot. class c RV
The cost when we saw the booking was 1395.
so far after months(3) of deliberation with outdoorsy and my credit card, am still having to owe this money.
Outdoorsy nor me could not reach the owner to get a proper break down or reason for that charge.
Outdoorsy conveniently did not take the extra effort to investigate the charges and owner did not provide any info even after reaching out many many times.

First time renting a trailer. Jeff and Dave were very accomodating and helpful in planning and working with us on the logistics, especially when it came to the pick-up of the trailer. Communication with them was awesome, they were responsive, knowlegeable and thorough in their walk-thru. Our only complaint about the service was the trailer wasn't clean. They did a quick turn around for us so we could pick it up early, so perhaps that was part of it.
