this was our first time renting an RV for a trip. Everyone at Giant Recreation World was friendly and helpful. When we went to pick up the RV, Chris, walked us through every aspects of driving and setting up and breaking down of the RV. wWen we had a slight issue during our trip, Tom was responsive and gave us some advice. Dropping off our RV was easy. We will definitely rent from them again.

Shower pan leaked, tie rod seemed damaged, ABS warning brake light came on occasionally, roach infested, and fridge only cooled to 45, but otherwise a great rental. Folks were A+ at the rental office. Nice unit despite the typical rental flaws.

We use Giant for all of our rental needs and every time the service is spectacular. The RV was clean and comfortable. The ease of all the TVs and connections kept everyone entertained and the Air conditioning blew freezing cold the entire trip! Thanks Giant Recreation for another fun and safe trip!

They are always easy to work with. Great price. We’ve used them several times. Only complaint, the floors are always dirty. They are clean of debris, but if you walk in socks or bare feet, it’s dirty. The rest is clean.
