The communication was clear but the toilet tank was full when we picked it up, requiring us to take unplanned time on our way out of town to dump (someone else's) poop! We were refunded the dumping fee and late charge (we returned it 20 min late), but that didn't quite seem like enough. Overall it was the perfect size for 4 of us on a girls trip and everything was functioning. However, it was a bit dirty when we got it - not what I would have expected. I would rent it again IF it was cleaned properly.

We had a great experience overall — the RV was reliable, the perfect size for us, and Chris was responsive, communicative, and easy to work with. There was an issue with the air conditioner not working during our trip, but Chris was understanding and worked with us on a fair solution. When the AC gets fixed, this would be a fantastic rental for others.

Got us to where we were going but with trouble on the way. Notified him of multiple issues and already broken items to which he replied that he knew already or wouldn’t even respond. Was very frustrated with him knowing about issues and broken items and not replacing or fixing them. AC broke, exhaust pipe broke on generator, grill was broken and missing pieces, most camping chairs were broken, door RV was broken. Tried to make the best of it but still quite upset on the impact that it had on our trip.

Greta trip and no issues. Are was well equipped with some nice extras as well that are included from waters to chairs and tables, BBQ, etc.
