Very nice van. Build quality of pleasure way is fantastic. Everything works well. Easy to drive. Communication is also very efficient.

This was our first camper van experience & we thoroughly enjoyed it! The van was easy to drive, & the bed was very comfortable with the additional foam mattress provided to us by Chris. We were given a thorough overview of how everything worked & we had no problems. We would definitely rent from them again!

Chris’ RV/Van was a great rental! We had a great time in Big Sur.The RV-van was clean, in great condition and easy to dive. We rented vans before and we really wanted to rent a Pleasure-Way 21 ft van with a rear lounge. As we expected, we enjoyed having the lounge area for cold mornings making coffee in the van. We were able to be unplugged for the entire time even with a c-pap machine, watching a movie each night on the DVD player and using a plug-in kettle daily.Chris was super responsive from the start of the rental, though our date changes and during our return including being flexible with timing of pick up/return and with us needing to come back after return to get the cooler we left behind. He walked us through everything we would need to know about the van before we set off on our journey and answered all of our questions; we felt well prepared and supported. He also had bedding available as well as cooking supplies, and other items, if needed at no extra cost.

We had a wonderful time with Chris's RV! Everything was clean, easy to use, and functional--as first-timers, we were able to learn, drive, and operate the vehicle fairly easily (we went on a short trip, from the bay area to Point Reyes). Chris was very flexible, communicative, and responsive, and walked us through everything when we picked up the car. We would definitely rent again from Chris!
