Very clean RV. Only downside was residual smoke left in AC system which never left.

RV was great and Tim did a great job setting it up & reviewing how to use. Tip: bunk beds above driver area were very, very uncomfortable. Save that area for the kids!

We had a great experience the motorhome is very nice. One thing I didn’t expect was that they supply a lot of things like all of your cooking utensils coffee pot etc. which is never been included in any other motorhomes that we have ever rented. A wonderful plus. If we had any issues Tim was wonderful to answer his phone and talk us through things. We are looking forward to our next rental with this RV

From the start Elena and Tim were outstanding Hosts. Their shared knowledge of the Outdoorsy process made my rental a seamless experience. Their motor coach was exactly as described in the Outdoorsy search and had no issues whatsoever. They provided a quality and professional experience renting their equipment.

This was our first Outdoorsy experience and all in all it was very good. We had some issues with the generator tripping and loosing some power/AC on the unit. We spent a long time on the phone with Elena and her husband who was excellent at troubleshooting the problem (turned out to be a tripped generator phase CB). I dont think too many people could have done that and I give him a lot of credit for his knowledge of the unit. I was a little surprised at the dumping fee - just assumed it would have been included with the rental as we had no hookups where we were staying. The unit was very new and meticulously clean.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Elena was great to work with. She helped to answer questions from the very first time we reached out through the entire trip. She was flexible and understanding. The RV was immaculately kept, very clean and ran with zero issues! This was our very first RV experience and I’m thankful we had one of Elena’s RV’s during our first trip. We would love to do this again in the future!

Overall great tailgating experience. Hosts were helpful and easy to work with. At this price point we would have loved to have WiFi and/or cable but we worked through it.

We had a great trip and loved this RV!!! The RV is in new condition and has everything you’ll need. Very easy to drive, plenty of space, and super clean. Hooking up at a camp site was very easy and provided all the comforts of home at our site in Glacier along the river. It was beautiful and a great experience for our family to disconnect from work and reconnect with nature. Thank you Elena! We’ll be in touch soon to rent from you again.
