This RV was perfect for my husband and I and our 4 boys. Each boy had their own space and comfy beds and everyone slept well. Jonathan was amazing to work with and made the entire process very easy. We opted for the pre-walkthrough just to make sure we had a full understanding of the RV and it was very helpful. We will definitely be renting through Tom Nooks RV for our next adventure!

The host was fine, the RV was not in great shape when we got it, there were seat panels on the table seats that fell off about three hours into the trip just from vibration and the generator did not function well, it just quit working at one point entirely, also the the black water tank was 3/4 full when we got it 😐

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the trip didn’t fully meet your expectations.Regarding the generator, it was used for over 150 hours during your trip. These generators require regular maintenance, especially during extended use. Unfortunately, because we weren’t informed of the issue during your rental, we weren’t able to troubleshoot or assist — and as a result, we had to cancel the next reservation to make repairs. We always encourage guests to reach out mid-trip so we can help resolve any concerns promptly.

The RV was very comfortable and there were just a couple of small issues, the issues did not impact our travel at all. Communication was very clear, professional and concise. We really enjoyed our time in the RV.

The RV was great and we had an amazing time! It was modern, clean, easy-to-drive and pretty much everything was working perfectly. Really well-equipped vehicle with AC, generator, good house battery, good water storage, hot outdoor shower, etc, and the slide-outs made the space really usable. The kids loved having the bunk beds with the curtains to keep the light out before we went to bed.

Careful, you aren’t done with paying until they “review” the unit. We left the rv in the same condition as we got it and they came back with bs reasons to charge more. Constantly messing up with the communication of when I could pick it up and drop it off. Had to remind them of the up charges I paid extra for several times. Totally not worth all the expenses.

Here’s a clearer and more polished version of your review:Right from the beginning, we faced additional mechanical issues, including a faulty tire pressure sensor and multiple warning indicators on the dashboard. These concerns were barely acknowledged by the host or Outdoorsy’s support team. Driving an RV with unknown dashboard warnings, especially with family and kids onboard, was an incredibly stressful and unsafe experience. Despite our repeated requests, the host refused to even take a call to discuss the problems.

Hi Vinay,RV Suitability & Power Expectations – This RV does not come with a generator, and that information was clearly listed in the details before booking. For first-time renters unfamiliar with RV power systems, we strongly encourage researching how different RVs function before selecting a unit. If your travel plans required full power while driving or when off-grid, a generator-equipped unit would have been a better fit.Battery & Walkthrough Accuracy – The RV was provided with a fully functional house battery, as shown in pre-trip photos, and everything was operational during the walkthrough. Upon return, our inspection confirmed that the battery disconnect was left on, which can drain power when not managed correctly. It appears power management may not have been fully understood, leading to the issues you described.

All in all, a great trip. Renting an RV is a bit more work than renting a car, but worth it in the end.
