Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out time is no later than 12 pm. - We encourage campers to arrive at the campground no later than 8:00 p.m. - Earlier is better. - Please be courteous to other campers by not arriving late into the night. - Cabin check-in is also at 2:00 PM and Check-out is at 12 pm. - All visitors must stop and register at the office before entering the Campground. - We are so looking forward to your arrival at Whitetail Bluff. - Please verify that the dates of your camping stay are accurate. - Notify the office immediately if you have upgraded your camping unit or increased the number of people camping with you. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Cabin Policy - Must be 25 years old to reserve cabins. - Campground reserves the right to refuse reservations to anyone. - Guest credit card on file will be charged a minimum $50 fee if the cabin is left in a dirty condition and /or to cover any damage to the cabin that occurs during your stay. - No pets are allowed in cabins. - No smoking allowed in cabins. - Bedding, towels, and dishware are not provided, please bring what you need. - Bring your bed/bath linens, any paper goods, garbage bags, and DVDs (TVs do not have cable). - Towels, Sheets, Linens, and Pillows are available for rent at the Clubhouse. - The Deluxe Cabin has 1 queen and 1 full bed, 1 futon couch, and a large loft for air mattresses. - The Woodsy Cabins have 1 full bed and 3 single beds. - Many campers just bring sleeping bags rather than bed linens. - Please remove all trash and leave the cabin "broom-clean". - Wristbands are included up to 5 members of your group. Reservations - Weekend reservations are a 2-night stay minimum and Holidays are a 3-night stay minimum. - All reservations are non-refundable! - You must be 21 years old to make a reservation. - Cabins you must be 25 years old. Visitors - All visitors must register at the office before entering the campground. - Visitors will be charged a parking fee of $5 per day. - Visitors who use the recreational amenities must buy a day pass and will be issued a wristband, they do not need to pay for parking. Day Guests and Visitors - Guests and visitors must stop at the office and register. - Day guests must follow all the Campground rules and regulations. Additional Family Members/Guests - If your group consists of more than 4 persons (Overnight Camping) or 5 persons (Cabin), each additional person who plans to use the recreational amenities must buy a day pass at the posted rates and will be issued a wristband. - Weekend Overnight Camping is $25 per person. - Please make these arrangements at the Clubhouse when checking in. Events - Check out our calendar of events for adults and kids. Day Pass - If you are not camping, we do offer a day pass for $10 per day, Mon-Thurs and $15 per day, Fri-Sun. Clubhouse & Restaurant Hours - Weekday Hours vary throughout low and high season. (During high season closed Tues/Wed) - Friday – 11:00 a.m. – Close - Saturday – 9:00 a.m. – Close - Sunday – 9:00 a.m. – Close Convenience Store - Hours vary throughout low and high season. - Our convenience store is a part of the experience! - We offer ice cream, slushies, candy, small toys, Whitetail Bluff apparel and accessories, pharmacy items, ice, firewood, camping necessities, to-go beer, cigarettes, and more! Alcohol Policy - You must be 21 years old to consume alcohol. - Underage drinkers will be asked to leave. Smoking Policy - Smoking is not allowed in any Campground buildings, at the beach, pool, or playground areas. - Must be 18 years and older to smoke. Speed Limit - The speed limit at the Campground is 5 MPH. - The golf cart's speed limit is 5 MPH. Quiet Hours - Enforced quiet time is 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Quiet time means NO loud music, loud conversation, or excessive noise. - Loud music and excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time of day or night. - During Quiet Hours golf carts should be used only for direct travel to a specific destination, not for joyriding. - Any drunkenness, profanity, or other disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate ejection from the campground without refund. Parking Policy - Only one vehicle parked in the parking area – per campsite, unless approved by Management. - Boats and boat trailers are not allowed to be parked at your campsite. - Please ask in the Clubhouse for other parking spots available. - Each campsite is allowed one parked vehicle, displaying a parking pass where it is easily seen. - Do not park in the grass. - Any other parking arrangements must be approved by management. Vehicle Policy - All golf carts, bicycles, and pedestrians are to use the roadways. - Please do not cut through the sites of others. - Be respectful. - No driving any vehicle without headlights after dusk. ATV/UTV’s - Use of ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes are only allowed if going to and from the trails of the Campground. - They are not allowed to be used as transportation around the Campground. - It is legal to operate your ATV/UTV on the county road system in Wisconsin. - We ask ATV/UTV riders to observe our 5-mph speed limit in the park and use it to go from your site to/from the road. - Please no joyriding throughout the park. - Also, ATVs/UTVs are noisier than golf carts and we therefore don’t allow their use after 8:00 p.m.. - You must be 18 years old to operate ATV/UTV. Golf Carts - We have golf carts available for rent which can be reserved when our registration representative calls to pre-check you in. - For insurance reasons, we do not allow overnight campers to bring in their golf cart, unless arrangements were made when making your reservation. - Children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by a responsible person over the age of 16 years old. - Only seasonal Campers and handicapped guests may have an insured golf cart at the Campground. - Golf cart passengers may ride on the golf cart seats only by manufacturer recommendations. - Golf carts must remain on appropriate roads. - Please stay off grass and campsites. - Golf carts need to be parked from 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. - Golf carts must have a site number on both sides. - Please stay off neighboring properties, including the subdivision Whispering Highlands. - No Whitetail Bluff rented golf carts are allowed on trails. - Only those with a valid driver’s license are allowed to drive golf carts on the property. - This will be strictly enforced. Wi-Fi - We do have a Wi-Fi Hot Spot available at the Clubhouse. Pet Policy - All pets must be kept on a leash at all times, not left attended and picked up after. - All pet feces must be cleaned up immediately by the owner. - Pets must be quiet and non-aggressive. - Any pet that causes a disturbance or endangers others must be removed from the property immediately. - We may call animal control if necessary. - Campers must bring proof of rabies vaccination. - Pets are not allowed in the Cabins, Campground activity areas, or in any Campground buildings. - We allow no more than 2 pets total (cat or dog). - No birds, rodents, rabbits, farm animals, or exotic animals. - No animals left unattended at your campsite boarding. - Upon your departure, the site should be clean and ready for the next camper who may not have a pet. Children Policy - Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. - No rock or sand throwing anywhere in the Campground. - Children under 14 must at all times be supervised and accompanied at the Campground activity areas; Pond, Beach, Pool, Jumping Pillow, and Playground. - Day visitors must be 16 or accompanied by an adult. - Children must be at a campsite by 9:00 PM and need to be supervised there. - No bicycling after dusk. - Curfew for children to be at their campsite is 9:00 p.m. - Minors are not allowed to smoke/drink alcohol anywhere on the property. - Be sure that all children know the number of their campsite in case of separation. Pond, Beach Area, Pool & Trails - Pond, Beach, Pool, and Trails close at dusk and remain closed while dark. - Wristbands are required and available for purchase at Clubhouse. - Swimming diapers are required for toddlers wearing diapers. - Appropriate swimwear must be worn including swim diapers. - No glass allowed on the beach or near the pond or pool. - No pets allowed on the beach or in the pond or pool. - No rock or sand throwing. - No fishing, there’s no fish in the pond. - You are responsible for your trash and pick up after yourself. - No lifeguard on duty. - Swimming is always at your own risk, and children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent. - No horseplay allowed. - Swimming pool and pond are open Memorial Day - Labor Day, 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Pond Inflatables - Proper swim attire MUST be worn at all times; no denim, belts, cutoffs, sweats, cargo shorts, or any other street wear. - Wristbands MUST remain on and be visible during the time on inflatables. - Please remove watches, jewelry, earrings (piercings or similar items), when using inflatables. - All activities are at your own risk. - This is not a guarded site. - No head first / backward down the slides. - No running, diving, roughhousing, or pushing. - No diving, flipping, or jumping off inflatables. Do not swim under inflatables. - Guests are to demonstrate “family environment” behavior, including language. - Violating any of the rules may result in being expelled from inflatables. - Inflatable users will be held responsible for any damages they cause to inflatables. - Life Jackets are required for all ages (and available while supplies last). - Anyone under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Jumping Pillow - No flipping off Jumping Pillow. - No jumping on the Jumping Pillow when wet or deflated. - Remove footwear, jewelry, and empty pockets. - No sharp objects while on the Jumping Pillow. - No food or drink while on Jumping Pillow. - No throwing sand on Jumping Pillow Fire Policy - Fireworks, Firearms, and Explosives are not allowed in the Campground. - Do not remove fire rings. - Only burn firewood in your fire ring. - Do not bring outside firewood into the campground. - Firewood must be purchased from Whitetail Bluff to keep tree pests and diseases from spreading in our area. - We sell firewood and can be purchased when our registration representative calls to pre-check you in. - We will pre-deliver, so it is at your site when you arrive. - Incoming firewood is strictly prohibited and will be cause for immediate eviction. - Fires must always be attended by an adult and kept lower than knee-high. - Fires may be built only in the fire pit provided with the site. - Fires must be extinguished before abandoning. - Extinguish fires before going to bed. - Do not walk through anyone’s campsite. - Fire pit injuries can be serious. - Keep your fire pit clean. - Please recycle and dispose of garbage. Trash Policy - Please separate garbage & recycle in the appropriate locations. - Cans should be bagged and placed in the fenced area next to the dumpster. - All garbage is to be placed in garbage bags and put in the dumpster located near the exit of Campground. - The dumpster is only for disposing of bagged Campground trash. - Do not throw away large items or electronics. - Fees will be imposed for not following this rule. - Campsites must be kept clean and uncluttered. Septic Systems - Never dump any wastewater directly on the ground. - Law requires grey water to be disposed of at the dumping station. - Be sure to have your camping unit properly hooked up to the septic or dumping station. - Do not place any wipes, paper towels, or tampons in the holding tank or waste system. - Septic systems cannot tolerate these items. Camping Site - Each site includes water, electricity, sewer, a picnic table, and a fire pit. - One camper unit and one tow vehicle are allowed per site. - A fee of $5 per stay will be charged for each additional vehicle. - Overnight Camping Site prices include a maximum family size of 4. - Overnight Camping Wristbands are included up to 4 members of your group and Cabin Wristbands are included up to 5 members of your group. - Cabin Site prices include a maximum family size of 5. Campground Disclaimer - Safety is our number one priority, so please follow the rules. - Anyone whose conduct is offensive or disorderly to our campers, guests, residents, management, or employees will be required to leave the premises or restricted to their campsite. - Management will make the final decision in an instance of offensive behavior. - If this occurs and the individual refuses to leave, local authorities will be summoned, and trespassing charges will be filed. - The individual may also be banned from the Campground, as the Campground is Private Property. - Campers must follow all state, county, and federal laws. - Authorities will be contacted to investigate illegal activities including; vandalism, disturbances, and any kind of drug use. - If the Police or Sheriff responds to a location for any illegal activity, the Campground reserves the right to cancel the Seasonal Agreement or have overnight campers leave the premises. - No refunds are given in these situations. - Campground reserves the right to make any new rules or changes to rules as needed. - The Campground is not responsible for any accidents or injuries to our guests, nor the loss of money or valuables of any kind. - The following rules have been designed for the safety and enjoyment of all our campers while visiting Whitetail Bluff. - To ensure that everyone has a good time, we must be respectful of others and use common sense. - Follow all rules posted in activity areas. - Violators of these rules may be asked to leave the Campground without a refund. - Whitetail Bluff Campground believes safety and enjoyment are important priorities in our campground, therefore we ask that you observe our Rules and Signs posted throughout the campground. - Please notify us of any situation that may require our attention. - If you have any questions please call us at 608-725-5577. - You can also find most of your answers by visiting www.whitetailbluffcamp.net. - We can’t wait to welcome you in person! Campground Disclaimer - Safety is our number one priority, so please follow the rules. - Anyone whose conduct is offensive or disorderly to our campers, guests, residents, management, or employees will be required to leave the premises or restricted to their campsite. - Management will make the final decision in an instance of offensive behavior. - If this occurs and the individual refuses to leave, local authorities will be summoned, and trespassing charges will be filed. - The individual may also be banned from the Campground, as the Campground is Private Property. - Campers must follow all state, county, and federal laws. - Authorities will be contacted to investigate illegal activities including; vandalism, disturbances, and any kind of drug use. - If the Police or Sheriff responds to a location for any illegal activity, the Campground reserves the right to cancel the Seasonal Agreement or have overnight campers leave the premises. - No refunds are given in these situations. - Campground reserves the right to make any new rules or changes to rules as needed. - The Campground is not responsible for any accidents or injuries to our guests, nor the loss of money or valuables of any kind. - The following rules have been designed for the safety and enjoyment of all our campers while visiting Whitetail Bluff. - To ensure that everyone has a good time, we must be respectful of others and use common sense. - Follow all rules posted in activity areas. - Violators of these rules may be asked to leave the Campground without a refund. - Whitetail Bluff Campground believes safety and enjoyment are important priorities in our campground, therefore we ask that you observe our Rules and Signs posted throughout the campground. - Please notify us of any situation that may require our attention. - If you have any questions please call us at 608-725-5577. - You can also find most of your answers by visiting www.whitetailbluffcamp.net. - We can’t wait to welcome you in person!
