Check-In Procedure - Check-in begins at 3 p.m. for all campsites and cabins. - Check-out is at 1 p.m. - If a guest wishes to arrive earlier than 3 p.m. and their site is vacant, they must confirm with the office prior to arrival. - All premature arrivals and late stays will be charged $5 per hour. - To extend your stay please check at the office by 10 a.m. - Arrival time is 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Deposits & Payments Initial Deposit - At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. - Children aged 2 and under stay free. Pet Policy - We don’t allow wild or exotic pets. - All pets should be penned, caged, or restrained on a leash no longer than six feet, and they should be attended to at all times. - Electronic-type fences are not permitted. - Additionally, please inform your visitors that they are not allowed to bring pets into the campground. - Pets aren’t allowed in the restrooms, playgrounds, laundry, store, or swim area. - We welcome your pets. - We ask you to bring up-to-date rabies vaccine paperwork for your pets. - This is just a precaution to keep you, your pets, and others safe while staying with us. - As always, please keep them on a leash and pick up after them for everyone’s benefit. - Two pets maximum per campsite. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. - Click here for more information about credit card security. Arrival - All campers and guests are required to register at the office and obtain a car tag. - When checking in, please bring your driver license and plate numbers for your vehicles into the office. - Vehicle tags must be displayed at all times during your stay. Reservations - A two-night minimum during the weekend is required. - There is a 3-4 night minimum for all holiday weekends. - All holidays are non-refundable and non-transferable. - The person renting the site must check in on the arrival date. - All bookings, sites, or cabins are non-transferable. - You can opt to move your reservation to a future date within the same year. - You must be 21 years or older to reserve a campsite or cabin and camp at our campground. Deposit, Cancellation & No Show Policy - A deposit equal to 100% of your stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. - The balance due on your reservation will be charged to your credit card on file three weeks before your arrival date. Visitors/Car Passes - Guest hours are 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. - All visitors must register at the office. - Car passes must be visible at all times. - Every vehicle must be registered and have a car pass. - Sites or cabins with unregistered guests will be asked to leave the park. - Please check our price list for applicable fees. - Visitors are not allowed to bring pets. Campsite Regulation - The campground sites are based on a family of 5 - 2 adults and their 3 children living at home, under the age of 18. - Max occupancy 6 people and one vehicle per site. - A maximum of 2 pets are permitted on a campsite. - Additional adults and children will require visitor fees. - Please do your best to pick up before checking out so that others may enjoy a clean site. - In some cases, campers leaving a messy site may be charged a cleaning fee of $50.00. Cabin Rental Regulation - Each cabin may be occupied by one family: two adults and two children (18 & under) or four adults. - Additional adults and children will require visitor fees. - One vehicle per site. - All Cabins on this property are smoke-free. - Any Cabin that smells of smoke after guest departure will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. - Theft or damage will result in a fee based on the cost of repair or replacement. - No pets in cabins "Rustic" and "Pines." - As much as we love all furry friends, pets are not allowed in cabins. - A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of a pet is found in cabins "Rustic" and "Pines". Trees - Do not tie, hang, nail, or fasten any objects from trees. - No clotheslines, chains, or lanterns in trees or branches. - Staff reserves the right to remove items from trees. - No cutting or breaking of any trees, shrubs, branches, etc. Campfires - Extinguish fires with water only. - No outside firewood is permitted. - Never leave a fire unattended. - Fires must be put out before retiring for the night. - Fires are only permitted in grills and the fire rings provided by the campground. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are 10:30 p.m. - 8 a.m. - Children 18 years and under are on their site by 10:30 p.m., unless accompanied by an adult. - Night security is on duty when the office is closed and may ask guests to leave the premises if they do not fully comply with rules during these hours. Bicycles - Bikes may be ridden at your own risk throughout the campground. - Please walk bikes when crossing footbridges. - Please keep speed under 5 mph, and do not ride bicycles after dark. - State law requires anyone under 14 years old to wear a helmet. - It is required for everyone to wear a helmet for their own safety. - Bike helmets are strongly suggested! Motorized Vehicles - Golf carts, go-karts, mopeds, and ATVs are not allowed on campground property. - Golf carts are only for disabled persons and camp management. - Adult driver’s only. - Insurance and prior approval is required. - All carts are required to follow the speed limit of 5 miles per hour. - Please assist us in the upkeep of the park by staying on the roadways with cars and motorized vehicles. - Please do not park on roadways or vacant sites. Speed Limit - The speed limit is 5 mph. Pool - Please follow the posted pool rules at all times. - There is no lifeguard on duty. - Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. - A minimum of 2 adults 18 years of age must be present whenever the swimming facility is in use, with 1 being on deck. - Be safe and have fun! Pool hours are 11:00 AM-8:00 PM. - No pets allowed. Rubbish Disposal - Please wrap all rubbish and garbage in plastic bags and place them in dumpsters. - Absolutely no throwing garbage/food in wooded areas or fire rings. Alcoholic Beverages & Smoking - Alcoholic beverages are allowed at your site. - Please drink responsibly. - Note that the NY State drinking age is 21 and we expect everyone to obey. - There is no smoking in any campground buildings, pavilions, or cabins. - Please discard all cigarettes in designated smoking extinguishers. Important Note - The following is not permitted at any time – firearms, explosives, illegal drugs, littering, loud music, smoking in the bathrooms, cutting of trees, fires out of control, damaging property, or disruptive conduct. - Anyone found in violation could be charged, fined, or asked to leave without a refund.
