AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be 18 years of age or older to reserve a site or accommodation. RATES + PAYMENTS: Rates are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card for the full amount, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure. EARLY DEPARTURES: We do not provide refunds or credits for early departures. RESERVATIONS: RV SITES: RV Regulations: RV must be 10 years or newer, in excellent condition and RVIA certified. Each RV is subject to management approval. Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions. No more than one RV is allowed per site. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Occupancy: All RV rates include six (6) people per site. Pets: Maximum of (3) well-behaved dogs allowed in RV sites. Sorry, no dog fencing or pet crates are allowed. Pet rules must be followed and apply to all pet types. Sites: Please note that we do not allow tents, pop-up canopies, or any large umbrellas at any site day or evening. CHECK IN: 3:00 PM CHECK OUT: 1:00 PM RESERVATIONS: BEACH HOUSES Occupancy: All RV rates include six (6) people per site. Pets: No pets allowed. Please be aware: Smoking is not permitted. Provided towels must NOT leave the house. CHECK IN: 3 pm CHECK OUT: 11 am RULES & REGULATIONS: Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome booklet outlining all of the resort policies. Please be familiar with these once here and reach out to our team with any questions. THE FINE PRINT: By placing a reservation, you agree to read and abide by all resort policies as they are presented herein and upon arrival at the resort. This requirement also extends to outdoor settings where individuals are within 6 feet of one another. In light of the global pandemic associated with COVID-19, everyone shares in the obligation to observe certain requirements and guidelines to help keep themselves and others safe within our resort. In particular, I represent that I have not tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks and I have not been in direct contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks either. If I do test positive for COVID-19 or come into contact with someone who has, or if my temperature exceeds 100° F and I experience other COVID-19-related symptoms, I agree that I will not seek to enter the resort until I am no longer symptomatic for three straight days. I agree to observe the safety requirements within resort spaces - - including wearing a personal mask when required and observing required routes of circulation, occupancy limitations, social distancing, and sanitization requirements.
