Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure RV Sites - Check-in is at 11 a.m. - Check-out is at 10 am. Motel Cabins - Checks in are after 4 p.m. unless other arrangements have been made. - Check-out before 10 am. - A stay beyond check-out time, without prior approval, is subject to an additional charge. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Yes, quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. - Please respect your neighbors. - No audible sound beyond your space. - Including turning off outdoor lighting. Damages Policy - The park is not responsible for damages, injury, or loss by accident, theft, or fire to either persons or property of any guest. - Any damages will be the guest's responsibility. - Charges will be assessed by the park management. - This is private property, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to any customer. Pets Policy - Pets must be always on a leash and not left unattended or tied up at your sites on stakes or left in pens. - Owners must clean up after their pet(s). - It is the pet owner's responsibility to maintain volume control of their pets. - There is a pet fee for pets in cabins + motel rooms. - No pets in public buildings. Campfires Policy - Firewood must be inside the fire ring. - No junk lumber, strums, pallets, etc., Are allowed. - Extinguish fires before leaving. Propane fire pits are allowed too. Firewood Policy - Firewood is available for purchase at the office, any cutting of trees, dead or alive, is strictly prohibitive and subject to a fine. Trash Policy - Yes, remove all trash receptacles for trash located near the office, south entrance. Speed Limit - The maximum speed limit is 5 MPH. - We love our kids. Vehicle Policy - No vehicle washing is allowed here. - There is a car wash in Wheatland in Douglas. Smoking Policy - All cabins, motel rooms, and public buildings are smoke-free. - Marijuana use in any form is strictly prohibited on Lakeview Haven property. Drones Policy - Drone flying is prohibited.
