Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In Time: RV / TENT SITES - 1:00 PM; BUNKHOUSE - 3:00 PM. - Check Out Time / Late Check-Out: RV SITES - CHECK OUT TIME 11:00 AM. - A $10 late fee will be assessed after 11:30 AM. - After 1:00 pm, a full-day site fee is due. - Late check-out is subject to availability. - If staying an extra day, the office must know by 10:00 am. (This is subject to availability.) - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Overnight Guests - Campground for registered guests ONLY. - 6 people are allowed in RV and tent sites, The Price is for 2 guests, Additional charge for extra guests, per night in advance at the office. - Bunkhouse occupancy is 4 people. Pets Policy - Pets are welcome - Limit of 2 Dogs Per Site. - Additional daily fee for pets. - Pets must be kept quiet, on a leash, exercised only in designated areas, and cleaned up immediately. - Fee may apply if staff cleans up after your pet. - Pets are NOT allowed in buildings or on the playground. - DO NOT leave pets outside, tied up or unattended. - Pets must be kept on a 6-foot leash at all times. - Loose pets will not be tolerated. - Pets cannot be left unattended in RV, Tent, or Bunkhouse when owners leave the property. - Aggressive dogs will not be allowed in the park. - You will be asked to leave the park (without refund) if your dog shows any aggressive tendencies or complaints are verified. Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult Speed Limit - 10 mph. A very important rule! - Please drive slowly and carefully in the park. Quiet Hours - From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Playground is not to be used after DUSK. - Please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors. - Please do not play music or watch TV outside your unit. Laundry - Laundry machines are available for registered guests 24/7. - Machines are coin-operated. - Coins, soap, and dryer sheets are available for purchase in the store. - Please be considerate to other campers by not leaving clothes in machines when finished. - Laundry lines are not allowed on the property. Restrooms - Restrooms are available for registered guests 24/7. - Please help us keep the restrooms clean and available for all guests. - Please limit usage to 15 minutes and contact the office if attention is needed. All Vehicles & Transportation - A maximum of 1 RV and 1 vehicle per site. - Only park at the assigned site. - Washing is not permitted for any kind of transportation. - With the exception of cleaning windshields and mirrors. - If emergency maintenance must be done, please contact the office. Parking - Park in the designated site on a gravel area. - Do not park on grass, on other sites, or impede main roads. - If additional parking is needed, contact the office. Generators - NOT ALLOWED unless approved by the office. Fireworks & Firearms - NOT ALLOWED. - No display, discharge, or possession of a gun, knife, or other weapon in any way that may alarm others is allowed. Alcohol & Drugs - Use discretion when consuming alcohol. - Drunkenness, loud parties, or illegal drug use will NOT be tolerated. - Violators will be evicted without a refund. Smoking - Smoking is not permitted in or within 25 feet of any building, bunkhouse, or glamping tent. - If you choose to smoke outside, please do not throw butts on the ground. Open Fires - Each site has a firepit, please do not move pits and keep the fire safe and manageable. - Firewood is available at the office. - Please do not cut plants or trees. - Grills are not allowed to be used on the picnic tables. Trash - Do NOT leave trash out overnight as wild animals, dogs, and cats can get into it. - Please use the provided dumpsters on the property. Notice - FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF THE SITE SERVICES AGREEMENT AND REQUIRE YOU TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. Disclaimer - Bryce Canyon Shadows Campground is available for paying guests only. - Guests using this facility do so at their own risk. - Guests agree to hold Bryce Canon Shadows Campground management and ownership harmless of any and all accidents, damage to RVs, vehicles, injuries, property, and loss of any kind, even death.
