Outdoorsy Gift Card Policy

Purchasing gift cards

Gift cards are not available to purchase at this time.

Redeeming gift cards

To redeem a gift card, add the funds from the card balance to your account:

  1. Go to Outdoorsy’s gift card redemption page
  2. Enter the 16-digit card number (numbers only, do not include spaces or dashes)
  3. Click or tap Redeem gift card

Once a gift card has been added to your Outdoorsy account, the funds won’t expire.

Gift card funds can be used to pay for any RV rental booking made on Outdoorsy. When you book, the balance from any gift card funds on your account will be automatically applied.

Gift card funds can’t be used to pay for the following:

  • Changes to existing reservations
  • The second payment or future payments, if you chose a payment plan

Checking the balance

To check your gift card balance, log in to your Outdoorsy account on your desktop computer or through a browser and go to Travel Credit in your account. You’ll find a section called Outdoorsy  gift credit with the current balance.

Terms and Conditions

Coupon and discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of an Outdoorsy gift card.

Outdoorsy gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash.

You can only use Outdoorsy gift cards on the Outdoorsy platform.

Individual gift cards can be purchased in amounts from $5 to $10,000. Right now, gift cards can only be purchased in US Dollars by individuals in the United States and can only be redeemed by users with a payment method that was issued in the United States.

Redemption

Outdoorsy gift cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Outdoorsy, Inc. Your use of the services available via www.outdoorsy.com shall be subject to Outdoorsy’s terms of service located at www.outdoorsy.com/help/outdoorsy-terms-and-conditions

Gift card purchases are deducted from the redeemer’s Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will be placed in the redeemer’s Outdoorsy.com account in the form of another Gift Card. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method in the purchaser’s account.

To view your Gift Card balance, visit your dashboard after signing in to Outdoorsy.com. No fees apply to Gift Cards. Gift Cards do not expire.

If you need to cancel a booking paid in full or in part by gift card credit or the combination of gift card credit and credit/debit card payment, the gift card credit will be refunded back to your travel credit on Outdoorsy. Gift card credit is not eligible for any promotional bonus or monetary refunds.
