Got there about 12 hrs before left, if had seen I prob wouldn't have taken but I needed it. The floor is soft down the center. I had to fix 1 bed it was held on by one screw that was half way out and I had to tighten up the other bed.I pulled the trailer empty with a Dodge 2500 so the right size truck on a cool morning drove about 42 miles and blew a tire. I called the owner and told him the spare tire had dry rot on the side.I said if he would reimburse me which he didn't I told him I didn't trust the spare and would put a new one on. Outdoorsy doesn't require an inspection. The contract says you are liable for any damage from the time you leave until the time you return the RV. This RV cost me 150 a night plus a propane fee and a cleaning fee plus the outdoorsy fee. Now I was also charged the fee for the damage the tire blowout did which was 1059.00 plus another 300 for the 2 days it was getting fixed so in all my nice weekend cost me over 2300.00. I will never rent again, and my advice is if you ever rent an RV take the extra time and look it over with a fine tooth comb. YOU are only person liable is you even if its not your fault. With these rules if I had fallen thru the floor I would be liable to replace the floor in this RV. BE VERY CAREFUL

Kevin is such a nice guy. He took the time to show us everything about the camper. It was very nice and had lots of room. I would definitely rent from him again!
