James made the rental process smooth, efficient, and answered all the questions I had ahead of picking up the RV very quickly. A great value RV. Highly recommend and I hope to rent again from James in the future.

James is very friendly and easy to stay in touch with. He gave a full run down on how to run the RV and what was required to use the generator, AC, refrigerator, slide outs and thermostat. He told us how to fill the propane and to return the unit with full fuel and how to empty the grey and black water.

Was an incredible experience. James was very attentive to our needs and/or concerns.

The Winnebago Access was rightsized and had all the necessary features to maintain an "isolation bubble". We accomplished our purpose and enjoyed the journey as well! The V-10 engine was especially helpful in the many long hill climbs. James is a very involved owner. He was quick to reply to our questions which was very helpful since this was a long trip. He took plenty of time to orient us at the turnover of the RV. I would happily work with James in the future should we need an RV again.

The RV was in extremely good shape and we had no problems with anything. James was very easy and quick to communicate with.
