Parker did not communicate and did not respond to my request to cancel. I have contacted him multiple times with no response. Based on other reviews, would not recommend renting this vehicle based on owner’s lack of communication and competence.

Owner cancelled a few days before our trip. They claimed it was due to Outdoorsy double-booking them but they did not respond to any of our messages the week leading up to the cancellation.

This owner DOES NOT COMMUNICATE. Flew to Seattle to have a trip in this van only for the owner to cancel hours before. Now I’m miles from home with no plan and my money is tied up in a refund. Very disappointed and no communication as to why. Do not travel unless you have spoken directly to the owner because they are last minute and flakey.

Even though Parker had to cancel our trip he gave us great communication and it all worked out in the end. We were bummed because his bus looks sick but totally going to rent from him again if we are ever back in the Seattle area!
