My family and I have been full-time RVing for the last year, we are finally settled back into a house and ready to share the adventure mobile with others. We put a lot of care and love into our RV to make it comfy for long term use and ensure all the normal amenities of a home. Adventure is out there :).

Great trip, and the RV performed perfectly. On have one issue when some plugs stopped working. I texted Sam, and within minutes he told me how to fix the problem. Wonderful experience

First off, the owner of the RV, Sam, is really approachable and promptly responds to all questions in a timely manner, especially when on the road. This was a huge help when we just didn't know how to troubleshoot something. So don't hesitate to ask him any questions if you're in doubt about the rig-- he's extremely knowledgeable about his RV and there will no doubt be questions if this is your first time handling an RV of this magnitude.As for the RV: she rides smooth and I was happy it was quiet up in the cab, compared to my mother's RV. As the driver, I really appreciated that the ride was comfortable, especially when I was driving long strips of the CA/Oregon road (unexpected when I had to drive for over 12 hours one day after getting lost. But because of the comfort of Sam's rig, the additional time required did not stress me or cause me to feel cramped after long periods of driving. Part of this could be explained by the difference in a diesel and a regular gas RV (like my mother's).However, on that note, a lesson learned that I would not have known as a generally new RV driver was that the time it takes to get from destination to destination is about 30-50% longer than what it would take in a regular car. This factors in gas time, drive time and prep time to get the rig on the road. But, once I had the routine down with the hook ups at the camp sites, this helped eliminate some of the additional time and was easy to do. The owner trained us well on this and even has detailed instructions in a binder for the renters, which was SUPER helpful.As for the rest of the troop, there was plenty of room for four kids, three adults and two dogs and we were able to comfortably complete our 7-day trip. The only thing we really would have done differently is asked Sam to help us hook up the rig to our hotspot before we left-- for most of the ride, the boys did not have TV/internet, which was actually ideal and they had to use their imaginations to fill in the driving time like we had to back in the day, but it would have been nice to give them a TV treat when the adults needed the break from managing them.

Amazing vacation experience ! Sam is fantastic. He kept in communication ever since we booked the RV, being very helpful from the RV questions to the places we were visiting. I was a little intimidated by the size of the RV, but Sam made me feel at ease. Driving the rig was very easy, I did not feel the size or weight, it handled like a dream, felt very secure. The RV has all the comforts of home and then some. We were staying in New Mexico where it was cold, but inside, It felt very cozy, just like home. My kids enjoyed playing video games at night. The RV was very clean and they provided all the necessary equipment and bedding. I Highly recommend taking a nice long trip in this motorhome, truly a great experience that I will repeat.

I have been renting RVs for many years and nothing tops this excellent experience with Sam and his 2018 Winnebago RV. Sam is a family man, very polite and very knowledgeable when it comes to his RV. He takes pride in ownership and took the time to walk me through and demonstrate how everything works on the RV. Upon return Sam was honest and very easy to work with. The RV exceeded our expectations, It was full of luxury features and a very comfortable transition for my young family of 5. The RV was comfortable to drive and operated perfectly. On a couple occasions I forgot how something worked and Sam answered his phone and helped us. We traveled to 7 states in 16 days totaling 3,200 miles. It was an adventure of a lifetime that we will never forget. We look forward to renting with Sam and his 2018 Winnebago again!

We had a great time, travelled for more than 1000miles with no issue! Great RV and great support from Sam! Everything worked perfectly.
I recommend Sam and his RV.

Beware!!! RV being rented with faulty cargo doors recall. Opens while driving. Dining table seats have been removed and no seat belts for 4 passengers. After drop off charged for additional cleaning fee aside from original cleaning fee. Bunk bed TV not working, and sewer “black water” line has a hole and leaks. Batteries dead. Definitely an accident or law sue waiting to happen. Horrible experience. Pictures posted are not current. Beware!

Thank you for the feedback.The pictures are definitely current, we’ve only had the rig for a little over a year, so they can’t get that out of date just yet with the exception of the walkway picture where the dinette benches were still attached to the table. There are also pictures showing the current dinette seating in there, so nothing is hidden. We know the beauty of this rig and quality and welcome anyone to come visit the RV prior to renting it. It is in excellent shape and won’t disappoint :).I am sorry for your trouble with the cabinet doors opening on you a couple of times. I know we discussed the recall repair needed on this and you didn't want to cancel the trip to wait for the recall repair, so we discussed keeping an eye on the cabinets when you hit bumpy areas or take fast turns. In hindsight I should have just forced the cancellation but since it was your daughter's birthday I felt too bad to do this. This was a known recall that has now been fixed for future renters. I will take this into account for future renters and avoid allowing the rig to go out when something needs repaired.Thank you for your feedback on the seatbelts. I will do a better job training on the seatbelt locations for the future renter so they are aware of the 3 seatbelts built into the sofa and the 2 seatbelts in the cockpit. I understand our decision to open up the space more by doing modern seating around the dinette may not have been to your taste, but the pictures do have a visual of what this looks like in my posting. You are correct though, there is also a picture before we removed the benches in our posting.The drain hoses are actually for the black and gray combined, not just the black. However, those hoses were brand new and you were the pioneer voyage for freshly opened hoses. So I had no way of knowing there was a pin hole in one of them. My apologies for that inconvenience. It’s disappointing that a product can get sold like that. However, you did have 3 total hoses, so hopefully you were able to swap it out for one of the others with ease.As for the cleaning fee, unfortunately when the rig is returned with several red stains, dog hair everywhere, and insane amounts of dirt/sand throughout, the cleaner requires additional time to prepare it for the next renter to have the same level of cleanliness that you received it in. The cleaning cost to me was around $400. Your case was reviewed by Outdoorsy and they determined that the fee of $75 that I withheld from your security deposit was more than fair. You incurred no other fees and had several fees waived, so I felt this was fair as well. I’m sorry if you felt otherwise.

Sam and his wife were extremely professional and friendly. Sam has a thorough and working knowledge of his coach. I had an issue with getting hot water our first night of camping. That following morning I called Sam. He responded timely and was able to troubleshoot the problem. Great customer service. The rig preformed flawlessly with the exception of a compartment door opening the rig was awesome. I would definitely recommend doing business with Sam. Very honest
