Katherine was responsive to my questions. Jason was very helpful explaining the camper. Everything worked really well. Easy to tow. There were three of us and it was a little tight, but we had a big gear bag in the trailer too. There are two batteries which worked great if you don’t leave the lights on. We used our friends generator to recharge batteries.

Renting the trailer was super easy, all thanks to Katharine. She was awesome at giving us info about the trailer and handy tips for our first-ever trailer camping gig. She walked me through every little step, and by the end, I felt totally ready to tow the trailer solo. Even getting it delivered was a piece of cake. If you're a newbie like I was, I totally recommend getting a trailer through Katharine. Big thanks for having our backs! Cheers, Mo, and family.

Great rental experience, from start to finish. High level of communication from owners and the pick-up/drop-off process was extremely smooth. Loved the Mallard for our family weekend getaway. Looking forward to future trips!

Renting from Katherine, you are always guaranteed great service and a clean and ready trailer. This was a perfect size trailer for our family and we could not believe the spacious bathroom. We were originally heading to Pismo Beach, but due to a wind storm we decided to go inland and visit Paso Robles.

Katherine is very friendly and responsive. I'm first time renter for a trailer. They helped guide me though the ins and outs. Enjoyed the trip. Will rent from them again!

Both Jason and Katherine are flexible with pickup and drop off time which is extremely helpful with taking the stress out of rental. The vehicle is as described and it really is a brand new travel trailer. Can’t think of a reason not to rent from these nice folks with just awesome experience! We would be very interested to rent from them again and even try their other collections!

This was the first time we used Outdoorsy for our trip. The owner was very flexible and professional. They were very responsive and helpful. They explained and shown us how to operate the travel trailer and we greatly appreciated.
