This was our first experience with Outdoorsy and we were really lucky to find Greg’s listing. The RV is both sleek and comfortable; small touches like cute coffee mugs, a snack and coffee welcome basket, modern decorations and throw blankets make it feel more like glamping than roughing it! Greg and his wife are really friendly, thorough and accommodating— we had to end our visit early (no issues with the RV) and they came to pick up on super short notice. We were impressed with all aspects of our stay and would totally rent again! Highly recommend.

After accepting the reservation, owner contacted me to request I pay an additional $240 in delivery fees taking the original charge from $120 to $360. Claimed it was an Ourdoorsy site issue instead of owning up to his listing/delivery cost being inaccurate. Why accept the reservation or offer the listing at all for that distance if its 'too far'? Fortunately, he cancelled the reservation, but I would have preferred that my time was not wasted.

It’s unfortunate this have to happened, we already apologized for the inconvenient however there’s an error on the reservation. For acceptance/approval is up to outdoorsy because they review all the renter background/driving license etc. As the owner we only see there’s reservation after the approval been done.
We explained to him at the same day Patrick texted us how the delivery works
Delivery means: 4 trips (2 trips back n forth deliver the camper and set up, another 2 trips to pick up, unhook, dumping black and grey tank included)
The distance from his campground from our place was 120 miles one trip so for 4 trips would be 480 miles and outdoorsy only charged for 120 miles :(

The experience was great! Greg and his wife were awesome from the beginning to the end. Would definitely rent from them again!! The rv was even better in person!
