Santee was very friendly and quick to respond to Any messages. And he did allow us to extend our stay one day longer than schedule.
However, the RV refrigerator did not work and we had to keep all our food in coolers. Five days worth plus fish we catch. It was difficult to manage not having a working fridge.
The restroom smelled like urine and a/c vent did not blow towards the bedroom. So while the RV did stay cool, the bedroom was a bit warm.
We take this trip every year at this time so over the years I have put together a awesome camping tub with anything we might need. This year, more than most.. we were very grateful to have our tub. Only a VERY SMALL amount of supplies that were listed on the profile were actually there. We also choose a camp site close to the the restrooms/showers, which we use 98% of the time. Other than washing dishes, the tanks are hardly used. However.. Santee took $75 of our security deposit to dump gray water at the FREE dump station provided by the park. 😡

Perfect for a Dad, Daughter, GrandMa, and Dog. Santee always quick to reply when we had questions. Recommend bringing a griddle/pancake pan to cook on inside.

Santee was such a pleasure to work with. Camper was exactly as shown and detailed. Santee delivered and setup with exactly the right time and same as pickup. Clean and stocked with all our needs. Will rent from Santee again. Really a great experience.

I wasn't aware during the booking that we couldn't use the awning, so that was disappointing. And, we did have a problem with a leak from the water heater, which was apparently not verified prior to our trip. The owner offered to give a full refund and come pick up the camper, and was very apologetic, as he was obviously unaware of the problem beforehand. Being that this trip had been planned for some time, we couldn't just leave the camp and get another camper in such short notice, we stayed. He did give me instructions on bypassing the water heater so we would at least have running water for our trip. Fortunately, the park had a nice shower facilities, so we made the best of the trip. The owner also refunded 1 day of the 3 we paid for. All in all, it's a nice camper, with decent amenities and at a reasonable price. Wish everything had worked as it should. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with.

Thank you for your feedback Jeff. We do offer and keep a nice size canopy for all of our renters to use in the RV. Unfortunately the awning is one of the most expensive pieces to replace if it were to be damaged.We have had a customer be responsible for replacing the awning when the wind caught it and ripped it off , because it was not properly secured while they were camping.To protect our renters from having this headache we offer the canopy instead. We do want to clarify the RV was verified. This being our family camper I would never send it out without being fully checked over. As we discussed this is one of the “hiccups” when you own a camper that can cause headaches.I was unsuccessful in finding a mobile tech that day, but glad we were able to get your water fully functioning, just without the hot water. We are glad you enjoyed your trip.

Sanger did a great job going over all the features of the camper. He also included an equalizer hitch for us. Awning didn’t work so he furnished a pop up shelter that worked fine. We wish it had a slide out for a little more room. Good experience.

This was our first time renting an RV. Santee was great to work with. He let me pick up the RV the night before which made our travel day so much less stressful, and was very flexible on the return time. Showed me all the features and how to use them. RV was clean and well maintained. He was also very responsive to my questions I had while on our trip. Great experience and my wife was happy!

Had this RV delivered to a great campground in central Texas. It was perfect for our trip and Santee was great to work with. Super responsive to any and all questions we had up to and during our trip. Would definitely recommend.

We had to cancel during pickup because of a miscommunication on my part. Our truck didn’t have a feature needed to safely pull the RV. Santee was very professional, kind and accommodating. We were appreciative that he put the safety of our family first. We would definitely rent from Santee in the future.

Due to Covid we had to cancel last minute, but I must give this owner ALL the credit! He was amazing from the start. When we originally booked he was helpful in answering questions and a quick responder to keep us in the know. Excellent communication. When we had to cancel last minute- he went above and beyond to give us a full refund due to Covid. He was prompt on this too! Cancelled and refunded immediately. We plan to book again and will use him!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this RV. It was just perfect! Our family loved staying in it. It was clean comfortable and well supplied. Santee even gave us an entire pack of toilet paper. He delivered it right to the spot we were staying and picked it up for us. It was our first time renting an RV and Santee answered every question we had. He was very responsive if we had questions during our stay. I will definitely rent again on our next camping trip. Thank you, Santee!

Perfect trailer for our trip to Broken Bow. Everything was organized and in order when we picked it up and dropped it off. Santee was very quick to respond and very helpful with questions, being that this was my first time with a camper.
