We had it delivered he charged us $3500. Oh and not to mention he invoiced us to a different company not outdoorsy which I know is prohibited. Then we had to drive his driver to the airport because he was going to miss his flight. Then afterwords he told us that the machine leaks and so we had to maintenance his unit on the road and he would reimburse us. Never reimbursed us. Also said he noticed we were back early and he was going to come pick it up early never reimbursed us for the dates. Then told us we finished our trip early so that was our problem. Well theoretically we didn’t have to return the unit early if we had rented it through those dates. Then he doesn’t disclose that he’s gonna charge you per mileage on top of it and this is not posted on outdoorsy and then he’s gonna keep your deposit and then charge you additional mileage. Beware of this guy. Also know when you rent this they use it for a drunk tonight outs. It’s gross there’s shot glasses everywhere not family friendly.

It states PLAINLY THAT ITS $1 per mile and there are zero miles included!
You are at fault for all the above issues!!

# RV was very bumpy over all highways, wasn't comfortable at all for any one seating in the back benches
# Vibration over 65 M/H
# I had to add DEF
# Black tank Sensor was work, this is why we haven't used the restroom at all.
# Seat behind the driver seat, was't the way should built , no room to turn around.
# RV owner messed 4 Mercedes Benz recall
# Passengers side airbag indicator was on after 200 miles on the road.

JB was great to work with. He was upfront about the details of the rental, and readily accessible when we had questions. The sprinter we rented from him was in great shape and I would rent from him again, and recommend to anyone looking to rent a nice vehicle for short or long trips.

What an incredible rental! We not only enjoyed this excellent sprinter rental on our vacation but our experience with Jack and his team was fantastic. They were very attentive throughout our rental period to make sure we had the best experience possible. I would definitely rent from them again!
