Hello Antonio, we are sorry your trip did not go as planned. We dropped off the RV and walked you through how everything works and all the unit specific things. This is where we spoke about the front awning not working due to previous damage. We also sent you a video of the walk through previous to the booking to help familiarize yourself with the unit and we mentioned the front slide out not working. There were no damages to the mirror or the awning when we dropped the RV off. You also signed off that there were no damages. We would not rent our RV to anyone with the mirror falling off or the awning hanging off. We pushed the mirror in that way they were not sticking out into the street or the sidewalk as we parked the RV on the street in front of your house. When you reported the mirror being loose, we mentioned the toolbox in the back of the RV that might have a hex tench that would fix it. (This is after we did the research to find out what was needed to tighten the mirror). When that didn’t work for you, we asked you to call 24/7 roadside assistance as this was a huge safety concern and you denied wanting to use their service. The RV can boondock for up to 2 days without needing power or starting the engine. This depends on how much power you were using in the cab. There is also a level (when we showed you) that shows what level the batteries are at, that way you can manage when they need a charge. We were very communicative with you and were trying to work with you to keep you and your family safe. You decided to return the unit early and drive 500 miles without having the mirror or awning fixed. Outdoorsy has the 24/7 service for instances like this that might come up during guest trips. We felt since you deinied wanting to have someone come out and fix mirror and awning, we wouldn’t give you a full refund. We worked with outdoorsy support to help us through your situation as you were threatening us the entire trip.Once you messaged us saying you hope someone dies in our RV, we had Outdoorsy take over the communication with you.Again, we apologize your trip didn’t go as planned and we did everything we could to help keep you and your family traveling and safe. We also had outdoorsy reach out to you to help with the entire trip.
