This was our first RV experience and it was one of the best camping trips we have ever had. Thank you guys for being such wonderful hosts ! We will never forget this trip :)

Would not use again. My pickup was 12pm per email, then got switched and I had to miss a work meeting. I made sure to return every tank (water, propane) as before & made sure the generator was under the contracted hours - the gas tank confused me because the gas pump popped out like it was filled and I did not want to overfill the tank. Cassie was 20 minutes late to meet me, so I would have easily gone back to the gas station if I had known this happened. I’m happy to pay whatever remainder of the gas was needed to fill the tank due to that error of the gas pump popping out, but do not think I should pay the extra fee. I will be disputing this charge.

When you first made your booking, I mentioned that we’d confirm the pickup time closer to the date. When I reached out to ask if an earlier pickup—just 30 minutes earlier than your original request for 12:00—would work, that time was still available. Unfortunately, by the time I heard back from you, it had already been booked by someone else.

Overall the RV was very comfortable and functional. It was a very pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable. The awning seemed brand new. A few of the parts are starting to wear down but they do not effect the RV experience.

My wife and I enjoyed our trip in the Thor camper van. Cassie was very helpful in teaching us how to use the van as well as setting us up with the arctic package. This van is easy to use and is super efficient off grid. I was able to run a personal starlink on the inverter the entire trip. We will definitely rent from Cassie and GlampersCA again.
