Chris was very thorough on showing us how everything worked in the trailer. He helped get us set up for towing with his included hitch. He was always quick to respond with all my questions. We did have a tire blow on the trailer, but the tire was not worn out. He did have a spare with the trailer, so we were back on the road in less than an hour. This was great, considering where it went out we were without any kind of cell reception and could not call roadside assistance. The fuel pump malfunctioned and would not pump out our remaining fuel from the fuel station. I'm sure this will already be repaired for future uses. Throughout the whole process, Chris was very easy to work with. I was able to fit 1 ATV and 4 dirt bikes in this trailer easily. Plenty of sleeping beds.

Chris was great to work with. Spent time to show me the RV and how it worked. Was quickly available by text with my questions. Went out of his way to make it easy to pick up and drop off. Couldn't imagine an easier situation to work with.
