The first thoughts our family had of renting a RV was " this will never work" .. "Big Jennie's" owners made this trip the most awesome experience we could have ever imagined. They presented a very clean and reliable RV for our extended trip from Dallas to Mt Rushmore to Yellowstone to Grand Tetons to Central Colorado and back to Dallas. We stayed in multiple RV parks and cant recommend this RV;s owner enough. Thanks for making a smooth trip for our party of 8...

We had a great trip and any issues we encountered, communication was fluid and made our trip even more successful. Can’t wait to do it again.

Absolutely amazing trip and very pleased with this rental! Absolutely great people to work with and truly care! Rv was perfect had had no issues. Highly recommended to anyone!! Will definitely rent this rv again!

We had a perfect vacation thanks to Big Jenni! The owner was very easy to work with and appreciative. We didn't have any problems and there was great communication on the process and return. The RV was clean, worked great, was easy to drive! It was well stocked and had everything we needed.

The RV was in good condition! Clean, equipped with some of the items I missed packing for my trip, so I was happy those items was in the RV! The owners was very nice, patient, easy to get in contact with if I had questions, and explained and toured us of the RV in great detail!

It was our first time using an RV, and the owners were great at explaining everything. RV worked great, no problems.

The RV was great. Everything worked and ran perfectly for our trip to the Grand Canyon and Zion National Parks. Definitely recommend and will rent from again.

Delores and Corey were awesome! They had a short turnaround for me to pick up and I asked if I could get it early in the morning. They worked hard to get it ready for me so I was able to get it before 10am. They are good honest people.
Big Jenni drove great and had lot of room. This was my first time and everything was awesome! Corey gave me a little bit of fire wood for our trip. We made a campfire and made s'mores. This RV had lot of storage and lot of beds.
They live about 90 minutes away from me. So going to pick up and drop off was a little drive for me. But well worth it! I would rent from them again.
