We loved working with Dustin and staying in the Roo. Dustin had excellent communication before and during our rental, and did a thorough walkthrough of the camper when we picked it up to show us all the bells and whistles. He said he was available night and day for questions, and he went out of his way to do pick up and drop off in a mutually beneficial location. The Roo was extremely spacious and Dustin had some nice additional touches like towels, blue tabs for the toilets, plenty of toilet paper, sheets, cooking stuff and utensils, excellent camp chairs and even a mattress topper because, let's face it, camper mattresses aren't the best. This version of the Roo had extra clearance which was nice for a few dirt road campsites, and the double tent sleeping set up makes it huge when it's set up, and also allows for a lot of natural light/great views. If you've never used Outdoorsy before and aren't sure about it, I'd say look no further. Much preferred this rental experience to renting with Colorado Camper Rental (a professional company, yes, but the staff are awful and the camper was moldy). Totally recommend renting from Dustin.
