when I arrived on getting there there was no water on the walk thru I called your customer support please leave a message I had to fix the water pump
a fuse that was blown but that was just the begining I will forward the text the battery box was filled with water the battery was shorted out meaning I had to run my generater with the one supplied.The water pump and heater both work of the battery with it being broke you loose both of the items you rent a trailer for.
I returned home 1 day early all things had failed the water pump,heater,the generator had failed it was never saftey checked. I had to find why the generator did not ever have a air filter no wonder it failed in the dessert.
This is used as a rental with no maintance being done I will agree I was unable to clean as I would have but you can't clean without water and power.
I would like at least a 3 day refund for all the failures with this unit.
I will never rent from outdoorsy again it ruined my vacation.
I also don't like him texting me the f word when I tell him what went wrong.
In the dessert all I could do was text> the outdoorsy support was never there for me and never checked back after I told the the water pump had failed and continued to fail. please do the right thing and apply therefund to the so called damage. I will forward this to my credit card company a to be a fair party to review what's right.
