I would like to give a 5-star rating to the owner. This is our first time to rent a trailer. The owner couples were very helpful to walk us through every thing before we picked up. They cleaned up and sanitized the trailer before we picked it up, charged the battery and provided full tanks of propane for us to use. They prepared carefully to-do lists for arriving and departing the camp to follow the procedure, that is very important for first time RV users. We had a very good experience and it is memorable. Towing a tailor is not easy for first time especially when it is windy. We managed it and now feel comfortable.
