I am sorry you were unhappy with the experience. I delivered the camper to you on Thursday; you requested a full refund on Sunday (after your trip was completed). If you are being honest, you will admit this us unfair to me and my business. A refund will be coming your way, nevertheless.

The camper itself was enjoyable. However, the tongue Jack was bent when we arrived to pick up the travel trailer after a previous renter had rented it, we were told to pull the travel trailer with the tongue only raising 5 inches off the ground. It scraped the ground each time there was a bump or pothole in the ground. This should have been repaired before the camper was rented out again. On a positive note, the owner of the travel trailer had wonderful, brand new camping accessories in the camper to be used.

Hi Jayme! I was unaware the tongue jack was damaged, and replaced the bent manual tongue jack with a sturdy, electric tongue jack the day you returned the camper. I’m happy you still had a wonderful time!
