The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. They delivered the trailer on time and even when we had an issue we were close enough they came out to attend to it. It was the perfect size for what we needed. Thank you for everything!

This trailer saved the day in more ways than 1!! First it was stocked and super clean! Everything I forgot we found within the trailer! The beds were all cleaned and ready for us and so comfortable!!
It was so nice to have a cool place to go to feed the baby and bath the toddler! The pick up and drop off went so smoothly and the renters were so helpful answering any and all questions we had!! Definitely would recommend renting from them again!

Our trip was great. Katelyn and her husband are very nice and where great to deal with. Everything on the trailer was functional. Trailer hitch, sway bars and tow hitch worked perfectly. Solar to charge the batteries.

My family and I had the best time camping, thanks to Kateyln’s trailer! Katelyn and her husband delivered/ picked up the trailer to our campsite, making it an effortless trip for us! The kitchenette was fully stocked & the trailer was very clean! We have a 1 year old and the fact that we didn’t have to arrive with anything but our bags was awesome! Thanks so much, Katelyn & husband!

Katelyn was super nice and helpful with our pickup and drop off. Trailer is showing some wear, but that’s how these things go. Fridge was cold. Everything was functional. We had a great weekend!

Overall a really bad trip. Trailer is definitely not what I would recommend to rent as far as overall quality and owners. The tounge jack was broken and wouldn’t allow us to take the trailer off the truck or level it out meaning the refrigerator would not work properly. We attempted to use the propane to run the refrigerator but the regulator was leaking presenting a fire hazard. This subsequently ruined over $150 worth of food.

We’re sorry your trip wasn’t as expected. The tongue jack was not broken when we put it on your truck, we did try and troubleshoot as well as we could, unfortunately it needed to be replaced which couldn’t happen until we had the trailer back.
The stove, floors and countertops were not cleaned and we always say they need to be cleaned as requested or we’ll charge a cleaning fee, which is noted in the walk through and the binder.
