Seamless!! This was my first rental of a RV and I couldn't be more happy. The communication was thorough and timely. Stephanie walked me through all the features of the RV at pick up. Drop off was extremely easy. The overall experience was fantastic, allowing some much needed bonding time with my 14 year old son. We will definitely be using more rentals in the future. Thank you, Stephanie!
