La verdad que nos sentimos estafados por esta pareja. Y quiero denunciarlo. El vehiculo no estaba en condiciones. Nos tomo un deposito en efectivo por su medio. En el viaje nos entrego un vehiculo con las lonas de los slider totalmente gastadas y hasta cortadas. Una noche se solto la lona safo el rollo y por seguridad de buena fe lo bajamos. Pero resulta que nos queria cobrar 500 usd (precio que el pone sin ningun soporte) por la escusa que el seguro por bajar el rollo no lo cubre.
ATENCION!! Que esto nos obligo a no.poder usar el slider de atras por que despues de esto.vimos que esta en las mismas condiciones. REVISENLO POR QUE SE LOS VA A COBRAR AL QUE TENGA LA.MALA SUERTE COMO NOSOTROS. Tengo las.primeras fotos del viaje donde se ve claramente cortada las.lonas y estaban totalmente vencidas. Lo que no comprendo es por que ejecuta el seguro si son gastos de mantenimiento. No recomiendo que lo alquilen por q de la optica rota si nos hicimos cargo (solo el plastico lo cobro mas de 100 usd) y aparte nos cobro otra que estamos seguro que no rompimos. Las demas fotos que subio no tiene daños.. son para justificar lo desorbitante del gasto que nos cobro. Solo espero que el seguro no le pague nada por que a nosotros ya nos cobro y varias veces lo aseguro por que el plastico de la optica salia 16 usd

I do not recommend that they rent it because of the broken optics if we took over (only the plastic I charge more than 100 usd) and apart from that they charge us another one that we are sure we did not break. The other photos that he uploaded are undamaged .. they are to justify the exorbitant expense that he charged us. I just hope that the insurance does not pay anything because they already charged us and several times I insure it because the plastic of the optician left 16 usd Only break with responsibility. We are very sorry for this type of disagreement on the part of the client when there are additional charges but before leaving on vacation a detailed inspection of the entire vehicle and its operation is made, the renter is responsible for damages less than $1500 and also for driving with extreme care and responsibility. Our vehicle is monitored by GPS and security cameras where you can see the decisions that the rental makes when driving. In this case, the renter never informed us of the failure of the slider during his journey and made the decision to get on the roof and disassemble it by himself and bring it inside the vehicle without our consent, this action made by himself caused additional because clearly he didn’t has the correct equipment and tools to do it and he didn’t take photos or videos as proof of what really happened, so clearly now we have to replace it and pay a professional to install it from scratch because all the connections were removed by the renter when supposedly according to him the only damage was in the awning and no the complete system. The renter also when he was executing a reverse maneuver caused damage to the right turn signal light with it detachment and also damages to the paint in the same area. We don’t know the reason why the renter wrote this review because on the day of the return of the vehicle he was informed of the estimated cost of the repairs and the damage caused and he assumed complete responsibility and agreed by signing the papers of the additional charges, he never complained or argued with us about it. We are really sorry that things like this happen but everything is explained in the contract and the terms and conditions to which the renter has access through the outdoorsy app before making the decision of booking and paying. This contract, terms and conditions is also read and signed by both, owner and renter before leaving.

We recently rented the Dream Machine from Andres and Marise and had a wonderful experience. Their communication was excellent and they were very accommodating regarding the pick up. The RV was in excellent condition and they were very helpful in showing me all that the RV has to offer. The RV drove very well and the AC was fantastic. We will definitely be renting the Dream Machine in the future. Actually, we already have it booked again for our next trip. I completely recommend renting this RV from Andres and Marise. You won't be disappointed.
