Hey guys, thanks for coming to my page. I'm an adventurer at heart so I love getting on the road and seeing any concert, sports game, or just pure relaxation by a river. I have one son who is a mixed puppy, half lab/half Rotweiller - he's truly a mans best friend. First timers, this rental was a delivery, setup, pickup rental. Arrival 3pm, first contact thru outdoorsy with owner at 345pm. We unloaded with lights working, went on short walk and returned to find lights out. Our first clue all was not well. Spent the remainder of the daylight finding fuses, asking why water was spraying and why lights went out. Directions in rv were directed at driving and setting up rather than troubleshooting. You can see our conversation in the photo, then the picture of the leak. No sanitary was hooked up. We thought that was part of setup. Follow the thread. This is afternoon before Thanksgiving. We froze Wednesday night. Then, Thanksgiving morning thread. This is now on text rather than outdoorsy. I call Park manager since rv owner is unavailable other than text. Park offers space heater. Thank goodness! Please note he would discount trip. We cleaned, checked out at 830am Saturday morning, thinking we can been good renters. Evidently, since owner didn’t hook up sanitation we were expected to find (no directions) on emptying. I’m so frustrated when I get the comment “did ya all at least clean”, I reply a couple of lines down this was user error because the owner has blamed the camp site, our lack of understanding as first timers and that he just didn’t understand what could be wrong as everything had worked last weekend, I figured he would blame us next. Which of course he did. Yep, everything worked when he came to pick it up cause we’d fixed it all. Then, we’re getting charged $500 to dump the black water. Renter beware. If you are a first timer (like us), don’t do it unless you can be sure to meet during setup and walk thru everything working

We had an amazing time. First experience with outdoorsy and using a travel trailer. We had a small learning curve but Chad was great. My family said it was one of our best trips yet!

Awesome to deal with. Zero issues. Trailer was great. Definitely will rent again in the near future.
