Apologies about your experience, we always aim for a 5 star review. When the owner is forced to pickup the trailer from several hours away instead of the agreed upon location there are additional fees for the time and expenses as per the outdoorsy policy. Have a blessed day.

Jonathon was great to work with. He was very quick to reply to any questions I had and made the entire process very easy. The trailer was in perfect condition and everything we needed. I would highly recommend using him for any of your RV needs!
