Rafael was great, RV was great, everything (except weather) was perfect! Rafael went extra mile to allow us to drop off RV at a convenient location (Walmart parking lot). Trailer was well equipped and clean. Thanks Rafael for making our short trip worry free!

Had a great time with this RV. It was clean fully stocked and well kept it felt like home. Everything worked properly Rafael was easy to get along with and open to any questions I needed to ask. I’ll definitely book again next time

Rafael went over how to do and use everything the RV had to offer and some "if this happens here is how you reset it". He was very relaxed and easy to talk to with prompt responses to questions before the rental. He went above and beyond expectations with the amenities included with this RV. chairs, fire pit, outdoor rug, linens, toiletries, paper plates, and even included smores. I wish I could give the host 6* for how easy and stress-free he made this part of our trip. As far as the Toy hauler everything worked as it should and was great for our family of 4. If we don't end up getting a Toy hauler of our own we will definitely try and book this one again.

Pick up and drop off were easy. He was very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions immediately. We can’t wait to rent with him again!
