I drove and lived in this beautiful van, as a first time ever camper in the summer and fall of 2016. I'd never even been in an RV or campground before! It was just me and my bulldog Isabella for the whole 19,000 miles (now over 50,000) and I loved every minute of it, what an adventure. I think you'll love the experience too. The only thing that has been almost as much fun as camping and traveling in the Benz Interstate myself is renting it to others here on Outdoorsy - almost all like I was, first timers, nervous, excited, unsure, sometimes borderline terrified - as they drive off, and guiding them before and during their trip. Not one single renter has come back without a huge, beaming smile and exciting stories of their trip, and determined to do it again. Come on, are you next?

This was our first time using Outdoorsy, and we have nothing but stellar reviews for Susan and her vehicle. From the moment I reached out and started communication, Susan was not only quick to respond but very thorough and thoughtful. She kept in touch and answered questions we had leading up to our trip. Upon meeting and going over the vehicle details, we knew we chose the right owner and that our trip was going to be great. Sure enough, everything was smooth and as planned. We had a wonderfully comfortable drive to Zion, and the Interstate was a perfect companion to our family trip. The van was clean and well maintained, and felt as luxurious as I had hoped it would. We couldn't have asked for a better owner and a better experience. Thank you Susan for a memorable experience!

It was bad. From the beginning she lied to us. Said she would deliver the RV by 11:00 am and was 2&1/2 hours late, despite texting us multiple times she was only a few minutes away . She was confused at delivery. She said she had the RV detailed and it was FILTHY. She said she filled the water tank and emptied the grey and black water. We ran out of water on day three (and we were on hookups two of those days) she swore she “washed and bleached” the blankets in the cupboard and we have proof they were covered in dog hair... she just lied over and over. Then we she arrived to pick up the RV she had real trouble getting it off the street. I think you should refund our money (we had to end our trip a day early because we ran out of water and the toilet wouldn’t flush - black water full!)

Susan was so amazing to rent from! We brought our 2 dogs and drove from LA to Arizona. The drive was extra comfortable for the pups (as you can see in the photo!) Susan was great to communicate with and made everything seamless. There was plenty of storage and the bed was actually so comfy!

This is my 2nd weeklong trip in CA with Susan's Luxury Mercedes Airstream. Less driving this year but more fun and sightseeing in Cambria and Santa Barbara.
Susan stays in touch and answers questions promptly and thoroughly. My expectations were easily met.
No better recommendation than to say I will be back with her in 2020 for at least a 2 week trip.

Driving this Mercedes Airstream Interstate around the country was a dream. This motorcoach provides luxurious comfort and convenience while on the open road. I highly recommend this listing. You can not ask for a better experience.

We loved our getaway in the camper. I hadn't driven a camper in over 10 years and it felt like a real adventure. And the camper was super clean, Susan was delightful and ever so accommodating. Everything that arose was easy to deal with. Loved it. And LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that the camper is pet friendly!

The Mercedes Airstream was absolutely beautiful! It attracted onlookers at every turn but most importantly, my boyfriend loved it as his birthday gift. This was the perfect vehicle for our 3-day beach/camp getaway. Neither of us have ever driven an RV before and we were slightly intimidated but after Susan's thorough walk through, we felt confident hitting the road! When we rent our next RV, it will definitely be from Susan!

The purpose of my trip was to follow the 2018 Tour of California; a 7 stage professional bicycle race at the World Tour level. I was able to do so from Long Beach through Sacramento with numerous stages between. This RV was perfect for this once in a lifetime experience due to its ease of freeway and secondary road driving as well as downtown parking and overnighting as needed.
Since I volunteer marshalled for 2 stages close access to personal items and meals was important...this RV provided these amenities.
In spite of tight scheduling between renters Susan was able to work with me to assure timely departure and a relaxed return time.
No problems with the RV unit whatsoever...I averaged over 19 mpg for over 1200 miles of travel!
All my expectations were met or exceeded and I hope to be renting again in Spring 2019.

This RV was just what we needed/expected. Susan was great to work with and she made sure that everything was going well during our trip. Our 20 day adventure to national parks was much more enjoyable in the luxury of the Sprinter, especially when it rained many of the days. I will rent again if in the area!

The vehicle itself is fantastic, it drives like a dream, is very modern, stylish and comfortable to ride and camp in, gets great gas mileage, and will make you the most popular person in the campground. Everywhere we went people expressed their admiration and jealousy :) And most importantly, Susan, the owner, is a complete gem. She was wonderful to work with, from booking through dropoff. She's incredibly responsive and helpful; she spent over an hour walking through the van and its features with us, and answered our questions and texts during the trip promptly and thoroughly. I can't emphasize enough how important her friendliness and care were to the success of our trip, as this was the first time we ever used an RV of any kind. Book your trip with Susan and you will have a wonderful time!

Susan and her Mercedes Airstream were absolutely awesome! Susan was very accommodating, allowing us to pick up her Airstream a day early and drop it off anytime on our last day of rental. She also made herself available for us to contact during our road trip should we run into issues, which we did only once and she replied back right away. The Airstream is in great condition, very comfortable on our road trip to Grand Canyon, and the bluetech diesel engine was great and economical. It was convenient to have a refrigerator available during our road trip. Also great to find an Airstream which allowed us to take our puppy Coco on our road trip. Susan loved our puppy and Coco was happy in the Airstream. She gave us very good instructions on how to use her Airstream. My family and I loved Susan and her Airstream and we highly recommend renting from her.
